So, here's the idea:
In the golden Steampunk city of Origo, the anthro crew of the airship Gathering Storm is getting ready to explore their vastly unexplored planet, Novus Portum. Just as they leave, a mysterious black ship docks. As the crew explores, they find themselves feeling as though something isn't right, and return home. They return find their prosperous city in shambles, as if it had been abondoned for millenia. The inhabitants are little more than walking corpses, save for a few. The black ship is gone, and the Empress calls upon the crew to find the source of the decay.
You are a member of the crew, and it is your mission to find the black ship, the Mortis, and save your city from a fate worse than death. But be warned; this journey will reveal secrets better left buried.

Backstory: Luke came into possession of the Gathering Storm five years ago, and has taken amazing care of the beautiful, high-tech, prototype airship. He was a member of the Empresses Royal Navy, but left due to conflicting ideals. Was a close, personal friend of the Empress. Even though he is jovial on the outside, he carries a deep pain, and a dark past.
