Don't know how to do my face D: so any feedback welcome! :$

Ok, umm well just take it little piece by little piece. Try to anyways.
Get your hair idea and beside that try to shape the head.
and if you're going with closed eyes, add a little emotion to the face or add a background effect...
I'm thinking glitter or flower petals in the air.
Or you can try eyes open, whichever works for best.
And stocky? do you mean stiff, or lifeless?

1. Have no head
2. Draw a head like this:
1: Draw a human head outline and then have two lines, a line running down the middle, and one across, both can be cuved for face angle. That is a good SKELETON. The top of the snout starts (for me) from one tear duct to another (as in the top part) I think you can conteniue from your own from there. I hope that helps. I drew something up in 15 seconds that explains it.

I Don't see the resemblance. Maybe, Whenever i make hills, i always add erosion, then adjust the shape, and then it will look a little less strange

The stripes are on my back and there are two of them, they run straight down my back so you don't need to worry about it.
Also, you have a different art style, it's something i've never seen before. To me, it feels like a cross between realism and the old cartoons, like berenstein bears & charlie brown. I like it.
Can you make my tail just a bit skinnier though? Make his eyes either Yellow, Orange, or Green.
Your choice, it doesn't matter to me. ^_^ ... I think that's all. Thank You!
Oh, his Right earring (Left if your looking at the picture) and umm, is that a nipple piercing? XD

It is a funny style isn't it? I liked Charlie Brown as a tween and know the BBears, I should try some water colours, I like Pooh Bear, so...

I did a gun. Who knew? Didn't mean to! XD

After I did it, I realized it is probably Megatron, therefore, a Walther p 38!

It's not a piercing, but if you want one that's OK (unless there's some weird law?)

It's because my light source tends from the left so it will be the deep of the shadow once coloured.
NOt that I think that prosaically when I'm drawing.

Fox ears stick out wider than the head. One big triangle, a smaller one inside facing forwards or sideways indicating direction of attention. I like a bit of ear fluff at the bottom. Tips are often dark but I wouldn't fuss for that unless they were a feature.

I wish you all the luck in your fursona drawing. This thread certainly chronicles my progress, but what I have found is that the more I draw Trixsie the better I know her and the more refined she becomes. I can now draw myself very quickly whereas trying to draw friends is hard because I have to learn how in only one drawing.

I'd like to try something in a manga style, the amount that can be conveyed so simply is staggering.

This more realistic style on a feral is a change for me but actually closer to my drawing roots.

I'm pleased with the jacket so far, I found a photo of one and printed it of for a reference but it was tiny, like 2" x 1"... I was too lazy to find another one so I just squinted and guessed a lot XD

And thanks Miles, whites are a tough one, I use white, pink, beige and black to give "colour to white". It's actually something I've struggled with but after drawing enough white tigers, mice and other colourless creatures I've had to adapt.

The complete crappiness of MS Paint is what drives me to overcome it. I have a version without the texture, I'm still considering printing it and doing texture with watercolour pencils. Just to see how it comes up. But I have to print it on a crappy printer so the surface isn't too glossy to accept the pencil.

Here's the guts of the picture, the rest was just fiddling.

0nly if you don't put it in something, it can stay fizzy as long as you keep it in a bottle. Coke is pretty good warm, but I prefer Pepper cold.
