If ya make it back here alive you can eat tonight, if not then you'll go hungry cuz.. well, duh, You'll be dead. *there are 4 stages of the course. (ya my spelling sux) The first is a simple Fitness routine, just some bars, tires, and ropes to cross. The second is you having to swim across a croc filled pond. the third is a lava jump. The last one is hitting all the dados (robot people) with a provided sword while dodging their arrows and swords.*

:umm: Zeha was at the door and watching as the very strange male was thrown. "Ya know.... He's not a major.. captain... or even signed up for this Camp....." She beeps in the security bear furries and Sky is thrown out of the camp. As the bears walk back they begin luahging at the pathetic attempt at being a Major by simply consoling the fact of calling recruits maggets. (Sky, Just to give a little lee-way here, the bear's backs are turned so you could sneak back in) Zeha walks fully into the room and laughs unconvincingly. She looks at Shinzui, "Well..... I must say your temper will get you in trouble. Why are you here if you do not wish to listen? And what have you got against foxes? A recruit should always listen to their commander no matter what prejudices they have against them anyway."

A lone feline stood silently near the trees that lined the camp, his clothing consisted out of nothing more then a bandolier with several knives slung around his torso. He sighed and looked out to the others, his eyes seeking out a decend sparring partner, but they found little in the pack of cubs.... well, they where cubs in his eyes.
He pushed of from the tree and walked over to the drill sergeant, and soon he stood before her. He set his legs about 1 feet apart and his arms behind his back, his chest was thrust forward and his head raised high. He spoke, his voice thundering around the place. "REPORTING FOR DUTY. MA'AM!"

((I know all too well what you mean by that milady... I don't like it either... not the auto-hitting that happens quite a lot here.))
The first is a simple Fitness routine, just some bars, tires, and ropes to cross.
The feline smirked and ran off towards the course, the finesse course being his first target of the day. He leaped towards the bars and quickly grabbed hold of the first of them, using his momentum he swung upwards and grabbed a hold of the bar next to it, standing on top of the bars so he could casually walk towards the next part. As he reached the tired he jumped off and fell to all fours, then sprinted through the tires, each time his paws landing in the middle of the tire. The ropes though gave the feline some trouble, his build wasn't meant for the grabbing and holding ropes, but with some help of his nails he suceeded, though in the process all the ropes became shredded....
The second is you having to swim across a croc filled pond.
The feline ran on towards the next obstacle and stood before it, seemingly hesitant. He tested the water with his right footpaw and shuddered while mumbling something "I hate water...." But still he dived in and started to swim as fast as he could, trying to outspeed the crocodiles, and almost, right before he reached the other side, his tail got bitten. But luckily he could just in time draw it towards him, letting the jagged teeth miss by a mere quartier of an inch....
The third is a lava jump.
He ran on towards the next obstacle and stopped right before it, looking down a little and trying to estimate the distance towards the other side. He ran backwards, and with a running start he jumped towards the other side, almost failing had he not grabbed the ledge on the other side and pulled himself upwards...
The last one is hitting all the dados with a provided sword while dodging their arrows and swords.
He ran on towards the creatures that he had to hit with a sword that was placed near the obstacle, he quickly grabbed the sword and ran towards them, his natural agilty allowing him to evade the blows with ease while striking back and once, with the last dado he just dropped the sword and pounced the thing, tearing into the joints with razorsharp claws and severing the connections that he could find, Leaving only a dismantled robot in the end...
As he finished the obstacle course he ran back towards the drill sergeant, his fur wet from the water, dirty from the dust, and slightly smelling from droplets of sweat that the excersices had caused him to shed...

The feline sighed and took the two passes from the drill sergeant, and quickly afterwards walkedoff towards the showers. His ears quickly picked up the sound of running water and he walked towards it. He opened the door and quickly opened it, only seeing a few doors and a running tap. "In Shiv's name...." He quickly turned off the tap and started for one of the doors, and yes, behind the door was a shower, one that he needed to use.... at least, the drill sergeant said that he needed to use one. He quietly slipped off the bandolier and stepped under the shower, and right before he alowed the water to cascade down upon him he muttered something.. "I hate water..."

The feline stepped out from under the shower and quickly took a towel to dry himself off. He hated how the water mad his fur stick to his skin and cause him to shiver in even the lightest breeze. At least now he could dry himself off and get back to the training...
A few minutes later he adorned his bandolier again and walked back towards the drill sergeant and somebody who he hadn't seen yet... he guessed it had to be another recruit, but who knew.... it could just as well be a tax attorney or something. "REPORTING FOR DUTY MA'AM!" He stood at attention once more, his legs a feet apart and his arms bahind his back, his chest to the front and his head raised high.

Wearing full jungle (dark green, brown, and black pattern) Battle-Dress Uniform with second-chance vest under the outer "camo" top and a flak vest over the "camo" top, he had a silver eagle embroidered onto each lapel (flaps of the collar in the front), his boots had a distinct metal sole heel boots that made a 'tap' each time he took a step or when he decided to do a facing movement. On his left shoulder was a blue, almost reflective, rope that went under his arm, but it looped completely around his arm. On his head was a dark blue, very broad rimmed hat with the same silver eagle embroidered on the front side. In his left arm was a helmet with the same silver eagle engraved onto the front of it.
This officer slowly made his way into the nearby training area, letting his sounds of his walking indicate where he was and that he was approaching.

The feline turned to look at the sounds that his ears picked up and lowered his ears as he saw the person to whom the sounds belonged. His mind told him that this was something that he was not going to like a real lot.... something just irked him about how the person looked, was it the uniform... or just the person himself....
He let loose a soft whimper from his muzzle, something that he did not do often....

Before anyone nearby started to call the area to attention, he spoke clearly and loudly enough to just be heard. "Carry on." He then stopped and looked around, watching the on going training of new recruits and looking for the nearest trainer/instructor.

((Wow, I put this Rp in FUN forums.. Lol, So much for that! ^_^ :digimon:)) "Umm, I'm the, umm, person in charge here. You are?" She then looks at the Feline. "We need to get you a uniform. Your scaring the other, umm, people around here."

The feline sighed and nodded before speaking in a soft tone, almost as if scared of something, or someone. "Yes ma'am, where do I have to report to receive the proper uniform then?" He cast his eyes down towards the ground, almost as if not withing to see the officer.

Normally when an officer enters the area with a group of trainees and an instructor, the instructor calls the area to attention. But since I gave the 'Carry On' order, you didn't have to call the area to attention. So, I won't hold that against you. Normally officers don't assist in training directly, but if you don't mind, I think I will. So I recommend you call back the group."

The feline sighed as the fox left his sight, but he did not mind it anyways.. she might have been cute and all, but not his style anyways. He turned and walked back to the officer, still in bare fur with merely a bandolier of knives slung around his shoulder and torse. His tail swayed slightly in the winds that swept ever gentle through the area, the tip of it swaying wilder due to it's puffy nature and loose hair that was gathered there.

So not intending to show myself being 'bossy', I have to play the part)) "Sergeant... you do not realize that when a Commissioned Officer, you give proper customs and courtesies. And as for them having a 'break', I thought you just released them for the night... or do you plan on waking them up 15 minutes from now?" He returns the salute to the oncoming fox and turns back to this instructor for answers. "Care to assist one of your trainees?"

Maybe they won't be cocky towards you!" She quickly marches off in the direction of her bunk while muttering about stupid males and cocky recruits.

The feline smiled a little at the officer, his eyes sparkling with a malicious kind of joy as he did so. But soon he spread his legs about one feet wide and put his paws behind his back, his chin up and his chest slightly forward. And there he stood, still in bare fur with the single bandolier of knives slung around his torso.... and it did not seem as if he had any intention of changing into anything else....

I'm here to TRAIN you." He drops the helmet to his side and effortlessly puts on his broad-rimmed hat with the silver eagle on the front of it. "Now... you in almost nothing." Turning back to the feline for another split second. "You better put some clothes on or I'll make you go through the gauntlet in just that..." He gave only a deathly-violent glare, which was far different from when he originally stepped into the area. Looking to the one wearing the black vest and pants with a set of goggles. "Lose the goggles, or else you end up breaking them."

He was much too occupied with his own actions, how they reflected on him, and how they would seem to the others.... his twisted sense of honor and valor almost compelled him to apologize, but his misplaced pride would stop him before he did that, and he knew that all too well. All he could think about currently was; what if she had not cried.... would I have stopped? or would i have fought untill the bitter end and killed her....

walking around she sees an assualt course. looking over her shoulder, there was a tree nearby, as she climbed up it, she sat on one of the higher branches, and began examining the camp, letting her wings out only a few cm so they can feel the air.

swinging her legs below her, she watches the other person salute, looking as if he wanted to be there. Then she remembered how she had been forced here and brought her legs up onto the branch.

hearing the mention of 'meal time' she heard her stomach grumble up to her. She quickly jumped down fromthe tree, making her way around, trying to see if she could find where they ate here.

The feline sat alone, his body shrouded amongst the trees, there he waited until a preybeast would show itself. One that he could hunt was all he needed now, one that he could strike down with the arrows of his bow. The bow rested on the ground, arrow already knocked and merely waiting for him to pick it up and fire it. He himself rested on the ground too, his body stretched out on the floor.
His eyes spotted movement near one of the buildings, and slowly he picked up the bow and brought it six inches from the ground, allowing him to shoot when asked for. He right paw slowly took the bows string and pulled it, causing the arrow to retract, preparing to be let loose and fly towards it target.
The building that his eyes spotted the target was the mess hall, soon she moved to the assault course....

Getting tired of the rain, she went to the tree she was sta at earlier, and hunched down in it, the big branches protecting away the storm. As she pulled her soaked jacket closer, she felt a chill in the air, that wasnt the wind. She started to look around nervously, wondering who else would be out and about in this terrible weather.

The rain soaked the feline's fur, yet his eyes remained trained upon the location that he had seen the girl at earlier, though currently he had lost sight. A tree was blocking line of sight to her, making it nearly impossible to let the arrow fly towards it's target. He knew that he would miss would he shoot, so his arrow stayed where it was.... for now.
He shifted his body to lay down more comfortable, yet a branch snapped underfoot, the sound was, to his ears, deafening in the storm... the so fragile silence had been broken.

then took meh moogle out and placed it on the bed and threw meh stuff on the floor, "..i hope noone has this bed..."

Seeing as it was still cold out, she unravelled her jumper from around her waist and pulled it over her head, knocking out her bun. She continued on with the assault course until she came to a climbing activity. Her eyes shone as she eyed it, wondering if she dared try it without supervision.

His height was 5'11", his fur golden as the midday sun, and his eyes blue as the deepest of seas. His paws where covered in the darkest of fur, and his body was slender and lightweight. "No harm shall come to thee.... I promise." he smiled as he stored away his bow, making sure the suitcase was locked so that none of the younger recruits could reach the lethal weapon. His roomnumber was 39, just a few feet away from the dormitory of the younger recruits.

Appearance: His fur is overall white, though there are numerous black spots riddled all over his body. His muzzle is as pale as snow, and his eyes are the same colour as his fur. His sclera, iris, and pupil have seemingly merged into a single thing, hiding his true emotions if one would want top read them from his eyes. His body is slender, and whatever weight he has comes from muscle and bone.
Personality: The feline speaks little of his private life, it is almost as if he does not have one. His demeanor is cold towards new recruits, but people who have earned his trust and friendship are more often being treated nicely instead of coldly.

she started to reach the top of the frame, and sat down as the weather started to clear. She could see loads of fields about, and a large forest. The countryside looked so beautiful as she sat swinging her legs from the top of the frame.

Azreal trotted slowly over the academy grounds, his eyes scanning around the area in search of the recruits that should be present. As he came to the obstacle course he saw one of the recruits, though his eyes did not like what they saw one bit. He stomped his ground on the floor and bellowed out to her, his voice hard and seemingly angry. "AND WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU ARE DOING UP THERE LITTLE MISS!! GET DOWN HERE THIS INSTANT!" He growled softly as he stood there, waiting for the recruit to come down.
Meridian quietly tucked the bow under his bed, making sure that it was safe and sound, and away from greedy little paws that wanted to 'play' with it. He smiled softly as he turned around and walked out of the room, though his ears fell flat against his skull as he heard the booming voice of the drill sergeant. "Someone's in Trouble...."

startled by the screaming up man, and began to climb down, wishing she hadn't decided to climb. As she reached the bottom, she saw no reason to be afraid of, and tucked her hair behind her ears. Looking up, she looked the man in his eyes, ready for anything.

Azreal sighed as the child turned away from him and walked away, hoping that she would not make the same mistake again, or any mistake at all in the next few days. He knew that today was sunday, and that it was supposed to be the restday for the children, before practice would commence on monday once more. "Why can't they just enjoy a sunday.... it ain't like it is so bad to sit still once every seven days." He shook his head and walked back towards headquartiers, almost counting the seconds untill it was time for the children to turn in, and the next day to arrive.

Azrael smiled slightly as he looked back to the child, having a certain sense of respect for the energy that the child seemed to harbor within her small body. With a slight nod and smile he turned around again, retreating inside, away from the cold weather that roamed outside. He had read the weatherrapport... and snow was soon to arrive.
Meridian strode through the hallways, remaining calm and quiet as he went. His mind though was mulling on something, something that he had picked up a little while ago....

getting dizzy from all of the flips, Alexa stood up from the ground, noticing the dim sky, whisked herself to the sides of the buildings. She walked along the sides, looking in the little windows to al lthe rooms, gradually getting further along the dormitory rooms.

Meridian sighed as he reached the mess hall, his tummy rumbling with hunger. In his pondering he had forgotten to eat during the previous meal, and that was breaking him up now. He quietly padded over to the counter and looked up, trying to see if someone was there... and utterly failing to see anybody...

Alexa, tired of walking, settled by a tree to watch the sun set. It had been a horrid day tosay, and as the sky darkened, the snow started to fall. She watched as the snowflakes danced around elegantly for a while, before they started thrashing down heavily.

She walks into the mess hall covered in snow. Shaking it quickly off, she walked up to the counter. I'll have whatevers on offer she spoke with a sweet smile.

*goes to the fridge and looks over whats inside*
*takes out some veggies and a big slab of meat, puts it all on the cutting table*
*he moves with great speed and precision as he begins cutting the veggies and meat into smaller bits*
*gets a big pot and fills it with water then puts it on the stove and gets it to start boiling*
*while waiting for the put to boil he goes a grinds up some coco beans then puts the ground up beans into the coffee maker*
*puts the cut meat and veggies into the boiling pot*
it'll be a bit before its done, so why don't we play a game of cards while we wait.

*gets up and gets 2 mugs* *goes over to where he made his homemade hot coco*
*pours some into both mugs and puts a little whip cream in it then grabs a grater and starts grating a chocolate bar he had in the fridge*
*grabs the filled mugs and heads back to the counter, puts one down next to Alexa's bowl and smiles a little*

Alexa smiles. As her legs get tired, she pulls herslef up onto the counter, and picks up the mug, warming her frozen hands up, then taking a few sips. This is just what you need when its such bad weather outside!

looking at her watch she muttered a curse. Well, i think i better be off, im so ired! as she jumped off of the counter she smiled sweetly to Omi Thanks for talking with me, its been loads of fun! she said, as she waved a goodbye and ran off to her room through the snow.

Meridian slowly padded away from the mess hall, still hungry, and now put off because the other two had totally ignored him as they played their little game. He sniffled slightly as he opened the doors and threaded outside into the frigid snow, his hind paws disappearing under the first layer of freshly fallen snow. A single tear gathered into the corner of his right eye, only to roll down over his cheek and fall towards the earth, fading as it touched the blanket of white upon which he stood.
He slowly threaded out into the open, his coat forgotten when he had left the mess hall, his clothing much too thin for the weather that was at hand, but he did not care. His thoughts where a mess and all that he could think was a single line. "Nobody likes me.... no-one.." To him it hurt more then a thousand daggers in his back, which was odd, since he did not even now the people that had just ignored him.
Amidst the snow he knelt down, his right paw resting on the ground and his head down. Tears rolled from his eyes and down his muzzle, trailing it until the tip before falling towards the ground and staining the sheet of white that lay below him. His muzzle slowly moved, as he started to whisper softly, his voice filled with fear and doubt, but foremost with loneliness. "Uuma ma' ten' rashwe Meri, ta tuluva a' lle.....Nwalmaer...." He sniffled once more before he howled out towards the sky, his cry long and pitiful, but to him it was soothing that he could at least let it out without fear.
Azrael sighed as he rested in his qaurtiers, his eyes closed to the light of day and dusk, his mind set on hopes that the day would soon come to an end, that the new dawn would purge whatever he felt now. His hopes though where in vain, and he knew that all too well, for even if he had left that past behind him, it still haunted him to the day that it was, and it would haunt him for years to come. He slowly reached back with his paw, grasping the mug off coffee that awaited his paw, and after bringing it to his maw he sipped it, taking in the warm liquid, allowing it to seep down his throat and spread the warmth through his body. As he opened his eyes he looked outside, through the small window that his quartiers held, and knew that it was freezing outside, no weather to have anybody out at all...

Alexa wakes slowly from her slumber, and quickly changed into dark canvas jeans and a white vest top, covered in a black fleece. Tying up her hair into a pony tail, she headed for the mess hall, but instead of eating sat and looked around the room, watching for people.

smiles and waves to them both, before walking out doors to get some fresh air. She stood by the pol,e waiting for todays training to start, and sat down beside it. The weather was a little better today, even though many of the training parts were covered in snow and black ice, so you couldnt see it even if you slipped.

Azrael yawned as he awoke from the beeping of his alarm, the new dawn had arisen now and it was time for him to get up. The alarm was set for 7 o'clock, as to give the younger recruits enough rest for the day, but something told him that it wasn't necesarry to do so anymore. He got up and slowly put on his clothes, the camouflage suit that he wore was different from the one that each of the recruits had to wear. Instead of being blue as theirs his was a mixture of green, black, and brown. As he had donned it he threaded out of his room, into the halways, and towards the mess hall...
As he reached the mess hall it surprised him that it was empty, and soon he was checking room after room, in search of the wayward recruits. After a minute or three, when it had become clear that he would not find any of the children, except Meri, in their room he walked over to the only adjectant building... the Gym. As he walked he couldn't help but whisper softly to himself, his voice containing more then a bit of venom. "If I find them there.... there will be hell to pay...."
Meridian was awokened to the shaking of someone's paw, and through bleary eyes he could just make out the face of their drill sergeant, and he did not look happy at all. He whimpered quietly as he sat up, his ears folded back against his skull, knowing for sure that he would be in trouble. Oddly enough the feline did nothing but wake him before getting out of the room again, leaving the kitten to his own as he got dressed in the uniform that he had been given.
After he had gotten dressed he quietly stepped out of the room and closed the door behind him, leaving only a soft click to be heard before he walked towards the mess hall, to get some breakfast.

Watches as a drill sargent heads past the other buildings. Realising she had forgotten to change into her uniform, she ran quickly back to her room and began to pull on the blue uniform. Alexa decided she wouldnt wait outside in the cold, and headed into the mess hall. She sat down in one of the seats at the back of the room, waiting for anyone like a drill master or other recruits to enter.

Meridian quietly entered the mess hall, his ears still lowered and his eyes cast down towards the floor. His thrdeading was small and it seemed like he was afraid of something, his arms where clung tightly near his body, his legs never went far from each other and his head was ducked. He slowly padded over to the counter and grabbed the breakfast that stood ready for each of the recruits.
The breakfast consisted of bread, sausages, and eggs, as was meant to give the recruits enough fuel to last untill lunch or so. With the plate in hand he quietly padded to a corner of the mess hall and sat down on a table there, ignoring the other occupant of the room for now...
Azrael slammed open the door to the gym and glared at the two recruits that where still present, his eyes flaring up with anger and disappointment as he saw the two of them. He slowly opened his muzzle and spoke with a definate bite to his words. "You two.... Mess hall, NOW!" With the simple gesture of his paw pointing to the the mess hall he made clear what was expected of the two, and he made it quite clear that he would not accept no for an answer.
Without even waiting for the two he stepped out of the gym again, yelling back to the two recruits. "I EXPECT YOU TO BE THERE IN 5!" With a small sigh he made a mental note to himself. "Now to find Alexa"

Alexa brushed her fringe out of her face as she watched the nervous recruit come in and eat. She knew she should eat to keep up her energy, but didnt feel like the food here was going to stay in her stomach. The smell of the food let alone made her want to run out, as it felt to stuffy in the hall. Alexa's ears twitched as she heard a shout from far away. She could have sworn she heard the word gym, and wondered what had happened the Phoenix and Omi, before thanking the heavens she had gone out of there when she had.

Meridian slowly ate the food that he had gotten, being happy enough about it that he had gotten something to eat now. His metabolism had been slowed by eating less the previous evening, and he needed it to get back on track, so he ate, even if he did not like it. His eyes though peered around the area, keeping the girl in sight at all times. The yelling that he heard made his ears droop even more though, since he was not accustomed to the almost constant yelling of people, and adults in particular....

Alexa frowns as the smell of the food is still making her fel weird, let alone dizzy as she was earlier. She rose from her seat, taking one last glance a tthe other furson, then walks outside. It was colder than she remembered it had been earlier, and she shivered and leant back against the wall. She looked down at her uniform. The trousers barely clung to her hips, and they reached the bottom of her trainers so she kept stepping on the ends. The top wa sbaggy, falling past her hips, and the arms were a little too short. Alexa knew she must have looked horrible, but she didnt care, as she wasnt one to care for her looks anymore.

Meridian quirked an eyebrow at the girl, her uniform seemed... well, too loose for her. He couldn't help but wonder who had screwed up when they gave her that, since it was the first time that he had seen someone in such a shape. He quietly got up and set away his, now empty, tray, before heading towards the exit of the mess hall.
Azrael quietly passed through the hallways, his combat boots barely making any sound as the touched the smooth floor. His eyes where still scanning around for the child that was currently missing from, and he knew that she could not have left the compound, since the fences that lined the area where much to high to be scaled by a cub. He slowly strode outside, into the cold morning air, and it did not take more then half a second before his sight caught the girl. With a sigh of relief he called out to her, though he knew that he should have been at least a little upset with her. "Alexa, Come inside, now! You'll catch a cold if you stay out in that gear."

Seeing the drill sargent,Alexa walked over to him and inside in the mess hall. She felt the stuffy dizzy wave brush over her once again, making her feel like she would be left alone. She knew though that she would have to suck it up and stay determined. She wasnt going to let the winter weather attack her. She sat down on one of the seats, waiting for further instruction, pulling her hairband up more to tighten it.

getting up to test their lengths smiled impressively. She takes the scissors and places them back on the counter sneakily. She looked around noticing the drill master still ahdnt entered. She leaned next to the wall for a moment, to check if the coast was clear, before walking along in the strong wind.

climbing through the vents and out the other side, falling into a heap of snow, she quickly brushed it all off standing up. Shivering slightly, she began to walk along to the mess ahll again, going slowly as she didnt have any energy anymores, and she didnt really want to go back into the stuffy mess hall anyway.

Azrael quietly entered the mess hall, his face looking quite grim as it was already, which did not bode that well would one know him. "Alright, since you ladies like the outdoors so much we'll be going there for practice today... in the snow... and to make it better, you'll be biting the dirt while crouching under barbed wire." His tone was cold and distant, a state that he assumed when he did not wish to think of what the recruits would feel during whatever excercise he ordered. "And don't worry about coats or anything, since you already showed that you don't need those it will be in just your uniforms! Now, Follow!"
With a large stride he left the mess hall again and threaded over to the training grounds, where the exercise was already set up, the barbed wire approximately nine inches from the ground, and the track 200 feet long. "Okay, Anyone who does NOT complete this exercise will NOT sleep tonight, and I will make sure that they don't! If you whine that it is too low, then you will NOT sleep tonight! If you indicate that you, for whatever reason, cannot complete this exercise then you will NOT sleep tonight! Any who are not present during this exercise will, likewise, NOT sleep tonight!"
He glared at the recruits as he waited for them to commence, and he knew quite well that it would be much easier for the smaller recruits then for the larger ones... but he just didn't care for that. "Okay ladies, keep your tail and rump low or you'll get hurt, same goes for the head... and everything else. NOW GET DOWN AND CRAWL!"

Azrael smirked as the first recruit took the course, and he applauded the child's initiative to be the first one to go. Even though it had appeared sloppy and to rushed, since the child had been cut several times by the barbed wire as the passed the course. "Good, could you state your name please? It will help if I know your name before I note down the time." The feline smirked as he held the clipboard up, and a pen to go with it. Within his thoughts he had made a little mental note though.

Alexa tied her hair back up, looking at their drill master, then dropping down to the floor to start crawling. Even though it was cold, it was much better than being in the mess hall and she continued to progress with the army crawl. as she cut herself open on the wires, she groaned but continued, knowing she was already tired enough, she wouldnt be able to last another night without sleep.

as i continued to do the course,i was on meh 15th lap,meh progress slowed down due to the cold and work

starting on her 6th lap, she noticed a little slit in her arm was bleeding. Stopping few a moment to wipe away the little bit of blood, she continued on through the course, even though the cold was starting to get to her skinny arms.

continues on her lap, now getting pretty tired but decided not to stop. She continued crawling, not even counting how many she did now, the only thing that kept her going, was to think that there was a bed waiting for her at the end of the day, and some food waiting for her being cooked this instant. She began to crawl faster, keeping on thinkign about the good things.

climbing out of the hurdles at one point, she put her hands on her knees and bent over. She breathed in deeply a few times, feeling her world go black and spin for a moment as she staggered. She quickly tried to regain herself and got herself ready to go back into the sharp wires.

she rubbed her head and scratched one of her ears that had been cut open, before dropping down to the ground. She started to crawl again after a second, even though the drill masters eyes were boring into them all, she didnt care, the happiness had drained out of her. Sjhe felt if they ever got a free-day to do whatever they wanted, she would go find her parents and scream at them to death.

nods at him sadly, and continues to go through the course. Alexa lists up her head whilst crawling at one point, scraping the top of her head against the wires, snapping her hairband in two, releasing her hair everywhere. She swore in a whisper, but tried to continue on, now crouching even lower.

i suddenlie stopped and noticed the omega collapse,then saw the instructor stand there, "..DONT JUST STAND THERE,CALL A MEDIC..." i said quietlie bit stronglie again,i then ran over to omega and kneeled beside him

climbing carefully out of the course area, Alexa runs over to Omega, and turns him over so he is facing upwards, and that his back wounds were pressed against the cold clean snow, to soothe(?) the pain.

Meridian quietly got on his stomach and started to crawl under the barbed wire, trying to remain as low as he could, his fur gathering the grime from the now muddy soil as he made his slow progress under the wires. His fur clung to the barbed wire more then once and he whimpered each time as he felt the sharp edges pressing into his skin, drawing minuscule amounts of blood from several small wounds on his back. His progress, though slow, was steady enough enough to clear the exercise in a minute or five. As he had cleared his second lap he was breathing heavily already, not used to the activity that he had to do in a single day.
"Okay people, you can stop now. Those that are wounded can report to the infirmary to get medical attention might they need it. Those that are unharmed can report to the mess hall for lunch might they want it. If you don't need either then you have some time to relax, I expect you in the gym in 30 minutes. And someone remove the ape, he's bleeding all over my exercise grounds."Azrael's words where quite calm, and the amount of blood that had flowed did not matter him much, knowing that the medics would be able to heal most of the wounds in little time, while leaving some minor scars in there wake as they did it. He dotted some things down on his clipboard and nodded to the children before turning around and walking towards the main building, intending to get the next exercise prepared before the recruits would be done with their lunch.
((True, cold numbs the limb on which it is applied, often causing the body to be able to ignore the pain... even though it is most of the time just a trick that works for a few minutes, since if you remove the cold from the wound it will still sting like hell ^^))

i stood up and walked inside, "..im fine..." i said,heading to the mess hall and grabbing a plate of cheese pizza and sitting down in a corner to eat it

Alexa breathed slowly, trying to hold back her anger. She hated the way the drill master had just called her friend by what he looked like. She extended a hand to Omega to help him up."Go up to the medical wing, they are going to sort you out, then meet us in the gyym in 30 mins" Then waving she slowly walked into the mess hall, grabbing some pizza from the counter and sitting opposite phoenix.

finishing her pizza, Alexa runs outside into the snow, quickly running back indoors making her way towards the gym. As she reaches the door, she leans against the wall and slides to the floor. Realising she still has mud in her hair, she began to get some out with her hands, taking snow and mud with it.

Azrael went to his task of setting up the ropes which hung from the ceiling, each 10 foot removed from the other, and at the top of each rope a bell. The intention of the exercise was simple, climb up, ring the bell, and climb down again.
Meridian quietly padded into the mess hall and sat down at the corner table again, keeping a weary eye on the other two that sat in the mess hall. His plate was filled with a single slice of pizza, all that he thought he would need, and he felt dirty. His appearance would be a parents nightmare, his uniform torn from the barbed wire, his face covered in dirt and grime, whatever remained of his clothing also covered in grime, his muzzle only having a pout on it, his eyes cast down, and his ears folded back against his skull. He sighed as he poked at his food, not being all that hungry, but at the same time just wanting to have it over with... the day that was.

*i thanked him then headed to the gym and entered, went over to Alexa and sat down next to her*
*i nudged her and asked* so, what do you think he's gonna have us do now?

smiles slyly and looks at their drill master narrowing her eyes "He's gunna make us climb those ropes!" she looked down at her tattered trainers, then at the bottom of them "Thank god they've got some grip in them, are you good at climbing?" she looked at him.

laughs slightly then sighs as she looks at the clock "Its almost time" she spoke heavily, heaving herself up using omega's shoulder to pull herself up smiling. She then looks at phoenix and whispers at him "I dont thin kyou should of said that..."

Azrael nodded as he was satisfied with how the ropes hung, and just for testing them out he took a firm grip on one of them. His knees bent slightly as he jumped up, his paws grabbing the rope tightly, and soon he was pulling himself up, his legs dangling below him as they remained unused. Only his paws held his weight, and he did not seem to mind it one bit for the moment. As he reached the top he quickly lashed out with his right paw, batting the bell and making it clang loudly, the sound being clearly audible throughout the gym. He quickly descended again, this time his arms moving even faster as when he went up, and within 20 seconds he had gone up, and down, without looking even the slightest bit exasperated. "Well Omega... then you'll be glad to hear that you are only allowed to use your arms in this exercise, as are all of you by the way, and Phoenix, who are you to say what is suitable for omega, I assume that he will know that best for himself. Feel free to commence when you are ready."
Meridian quietly padded into the gym, standing at the side, almost pressed against a wall. As he looked up he could do little but whimper as he thought about how hard it would be to get 100 feet into the air, even though the area below the ropes was heavily padded.

Alexa sighed and approached one of the ropes. She ahd climbed before, but hadnt attempted by just rope. She looked at her small dirty hands, then quickly jumped up, hanging onto the rope. It cut into her hands as she dangled there, but she quickly did another jump in the air, grabbing onto the rope again. It took her over five minutes of horridpain to reach the top, and began to breathe heavily as she did. Wondering how she would get down with ease, she had a thought. "It'll be painful, but at this moment i dont actually care!" she murmered to herself. Bracing, getting ready for it, she let herself slide down the rope, it burned into her hands all the way down.

*he shoots up to the top and flicks the bell with one hand, then slides down the rope holding it loosely and lands with a loud thud* (took him about 1 minute and 45 seconds with his freshly mended wounds)

Azrael nodded as he saw the first of the recruits deal with the task, and dotted a single line after the girl's name before speaking in a soft tone to her. "Okay Alexa, that's one down, only four more and you'll be done with this exercise, you better get moving." A small smile graced the feline's face as he nodded to the girl, still waiting for the others to grab a rope of themselves and start to climb using only their paws to pull themselves up. "Omega, since you are larger and older I expect that you go up and down ten times, not five like the younger recruits, is that understood.
Meridian quietly walked up to a rope and grasped it before sighing deeply and lowering his head. His muzzle moved slowly as he whispered, trying to call upon some unseen deity to aid him with the task at hand. "Eru help me... grant me the power that I am due..." He quickly leaped up and clasped unto the rope, whimpering as the rope cut into his small paws, but slowly he started to pull himself up, less then a feet with each raise, but still... it was progress that he made, something which he was grateful enough for.

Alexa nodded, glad that he was calling them by their actual names now. She walked to the rope again, and leaped up. They werent cutting into her hands nearly as muc hthis time, and she found it simpler than before, this time she knew how to do it, and what strengths she had to put into it to get to the top. Reaching the top once more, this time taking 3 minutes, she slid abck down, then began rubbing her hands on her newly cut trousers, as the burns were horrid, but it was the best way down.

as i walke dup to the rope i examined the height of the rope from th eceiling and grabbed hold of the rope,tugging on it 2 times to ensure grip,i then hopped onto the rope and began climbing,reaching upwards for the rope and pulling,meh paws feeling nothing and i continued to climb,i then go tto the top and eased meh way down,being a total of 53 secs,i then repeated this four more times with a total of 3mins. 32secs. all together, "..how was that sir...." i said,wiping meh paws on the side of meh pants and looking up at him

Meridian reached the top without too much trouble, though his paws hurt like hell from the weight that they had to bear during the trip up. He slowly climbed down and when he got to the ten feet he released his grip from the rope, dropping to the soft padding below and landing on all fours, his feline heritage coming in handy for once in his life. He sighed deeply and stood up again, under the gaze of Azrael who had observed the little trick that the young boy had done. The trick itself was little special, but it did help with the weight, which rested less time on the boys paws.
Azrael looked at the by who had just dropped down, applauding the trick that he had just shown, simple as it might be it seemed to prove effective enough in the child's particular case. "Okay Meri, get up there again, hurry along, we ain't got all day you know." With a nod and a smirk he dotted a line after the boys name, happy that the recruits actuallt could complete at least one trip up.
Meridian, glad with what he had just heard from the normally so straightforward feline smiled and started to climb again, trying to get over with the exercise as fast as he could, though it still hurt with each feet that he gained. The scrapes on his paws where quite clear, and it was quite clear that the child did not like them one bit... but still, he bore them as he was expected to...
Azrael nodded as another boy seemed to be done already, though the time was a tad hard to believe, even if the child was some miracle child send by some unseen force. He couldn't help but frown at the child and scribbled something after his name before nodding to him and speaking softly. "I need to have a word with you after the others have gone to rest, when everybody has completed this exercise that is."

Finishing her last time, sliding down to the bottom she felt like her poor paws were on fire. They were starting to turn a redish glow they hurt so badly. She stood up, holding her head high now that she had finished, brushing her hair out of her face. She wondered what else they would have to do, and if it would hurt any more than this one did.

Azrael nodded as all the recruits had finished the exercise, and noted one last thing on the clipboard before waving his paw at the exit of the gym. "Okay, you can all go rest for an hour or so, I will meet you in the mess hall at 14.30 sharp, you got that. Well, everybody except you Phoenix, I want to have a word with you before you go anywhere." He waved his paw at the exit again as his sight now focused on the boy who had done the exercise... at impossible speeds....

Grabbing a towel from inside her bag she walked to the bathrooms and let out a massive sigh Co-ed bathrooms?You gotta be kidding me! she spoke annoyed as the picture on the door was both a boy and girl sign. She walked in settling her towel down, and instead of showering in case anyone came in, threw her hair over the sink, washing all the mud out with cold water from the tap instead.

*wakes up and sits on his bed yawning, he decides to clean his wounds, so he grabs a towel, bandages, and some antibiotic's then heads to the showers, hoping to find someone there to help him*
*he gets to the showers and go to the locker room inside them first, he gets undressed and ties his towel around his waist then heads out to a empty shower*
*he sees Alexa at a sink out of the corner of his eye* Hey Alexa, would you mind helping me real quick over here?

He frowned as he kept walking, his faith in the boy being hurt more then enough to warrant a couple of blood tests.

Azrael smirked as he opened a door, inside was a small tray with several syringes laying down upon them, waiting to be used on some person that was (un)lucky enough to meet them. "Last chance to tell me... so better be quick little boy." He quietly picked up one of the syringes and inspected it, making sure that the needle was more then sharp enough to pierce the tender skin of a cub...

Azrael smirked as he grasped the child's arm again, holding it still and with one digit feeling for the veins that where located in the boy's arm. As he found it he brought the syringe closer and pierced the skin, seeing the red liquid seeping into the syringe as he extracted it. He did it without much compassion, more like a sense of twisted pleasure. "Good... your life's blood will soon be filling the first syringe, then there well be only two more to go...."

Soon Azrael had extracted the three syringes of blood from the boy, being content enough that he could have the tests done without too much trouble now. He smiled at the small boy as he took a clean piece of cloth over the small puncture wounds. "Don't worry, if all is well then you can continue, but I will expect that you will back down from the training for a couple days..." He smiled at Phoenix as he took a roll of bandage and gauss from the tray and started to bandage the boys arm, neing as tender as he could be on the boys limb....

Azrael quietly followed the cub and scooped him up in his arms, holding him close to his own chest as he licked the top of the child's head. "Don't cry... nothing against you, but even the ape couldn't climb that fast, so I am to assume that you used stimulants to accelerate your metabolism." He grinned slightly as he held the child close, breathing slowly as he did so.

damn it! *he shook himself off like a dog to dry off then tried to get back to his room without anyone seeing him*
*he peeked out the door to the showers and didn't see anyone so he decide to make a run for his room*

Azrael gently rocked the child as he padded down the hallway, his head resting on top of the boys head as he walked. His right paw was supporting the child's rear and his left paw was draped over the boys chest, making sure that he would not fall while under his care. He gently allowed the air in his lungs to pass through his muzzle, causing a soft soft to be heard, one that was meant to soothe the boy and help him relax. Azrael was more then aware that the exercises that he had given them where not appropriate for a child of the general age here, but they where what he knew best.... and that was the way he trained each recruit, none given a better chance because they where younger... all treated the same... though some exceptions could always be made, like now.

After finishing drying off her hair in her room, she tied it into a bun ontop of her head, and made her way over to the mess hall. As she came in, she grabbed a cup of tea off of the side of the counter and walked over to omega and sat down opposite him Hey she spoke slowly drinking her tea shyly.

"Hey" *he said back while sipping his coffee* "the weirdest thing happened to me in the showers, i had my towel set aside while i cleaned my self up and when i was done it was missing and so were my clothes, do you know what might have happened to them? *he stared at Alexa with a stern inquisitors look*

pulling her hair band out so her now-non-muddy blonde hair fell down around her. She brushed away her fringe and looked at omega Yeah, in costumes. Dont worry i'll just shower in my swimsuit, or i'll block the loo door! giggles yet again.

"oh don't lock the door, cause the drillmaster might want to take to us in there, and you don't want me to smell bad trust me, beside either me or the drillmaster would just kick the door down and come in to see if anything is wrong." *takes a few sips of his coffee*

Azrael smiled as he threaded through the hallways, room after room passing by him as he sought the room in which the child remained for the duration of his training. He stopped as he reached the proper room number he stepped inside, closing the door behind him and setting the child down upon the ground. He bent through his knees and lowered his head so it was at the same height as the child's. "Okay... I need to go now, the others are waiting for the final exercise of the day. You are excused from that due to the assumed substance abuse that has been detected with you. Just stay out of trouble and it will be alright, I'm sure that it is nothing to worry about.. but my own orders are clear." He smiled softly and looked the child in the eyes, his snow white pupils and iris reflecting the child's image..

"Good, stay out of trouble kiddo, and all will be well in time." Azrael stood up and left the room, leaving the child alone in his room. He knew that he should be more strict, but somewhere in his being he could not bring it up to be cruel to anyone, except his most hated of foes. He slowly made his way down the hallways, towards the mess hall, checking his watch as he went, wishing to make sure that he would be on time. "Bad business if the drillmaster is late himself...." He couldn't help but grin, knowing that none would be punctual if he would not be so either....

smiles at omega and turns away fro a moment. She looked down a ther watch to give her something else to do other than blush and noticed it was time for their next assignment The drill master should be here any minute, he should have been here a minute ago she spoke and looked up at the door, wondering where he would be, or what the next course was.

"yeah he should have been here by now, i'm just gonna go stand by the counter and wait for him there." *he gets up from his seat to go and stand a attention by the counter*

nods to him as he walks away, but stays where she is seated, looking at the door, then down to her watch, before finally managing to pull herself out of her seat on the tabl,e and stands next to Omega, getting ready for her next harsh test.

Azrael smirked as he entered the mess hall, his eyes scanning around the area and looking at the three recruits that where there. He stood at rest and spoke, his voice cool and distant. "I have to tell you that Phoenix cannot join you in the last exercise, and you are not to question why he will not compete. Is that understood!." Azrael smirked and turned around, speaking a few words right before leaving the mess hall. "Follow." His threads brought him towards the training grounds again, this time though to the firing range where several rifles where placed at the ready.....and several targets where arranged in the distance.

Alexa flipped back her hair, and began to follow their drill master. As the shooting range came into view, her eyes opened wide and a mishchevious smile spread across her little face. She had always loved shooting ranges, she'd gone to a little one when she was young, but it was nothing like the one they were aproaching now.

*follows behind Alexa and the drillmaster, his face became a little sad as the shooting range came closer, for he is not good with guns.*
*he stops when the others stop and waits for his orders for this trail*

Meridian quietly padded after the drillmaster, his movement more like running then like walking, but that was just because Azrael walked with much larger steps then himself. As he closed in towards the shooting range his eyes went wide, the rifles where a tad large for him, but that was to be overcome. What did surprise him that they would be allowed to fire rifles... at their age.
Azrael spoke in a distant, but severely serious, tone of voice, making sure that the children would understand and hear every single word that he would say. "Okay, let me make one thing clear here. If you aim a rifle at another recruit, you WILL be dismissed. If you shoot into a direction other then the general direction of the targets, you WILL be dismissed. If you do anything that is naught acceptable by public standards on the rifle range, then you WILL be dismissed. You will be firing with live ammunition, so be careful, IS THAT CLEAR LADIES!." Azrael quietly picked up one of the rifles and turned towards the children, Looking dead serious as he started to name several of the parts. "Muzzle.... trigger.... scope.... safety.... chamber.... ((Yadayadayada, not going through the entire build-up of a standard rifle here ^^ ))"He placed the rifle back before speaking softly. "You may begin when you deem yourself ready."

Alexa picked up one of the rifles with care and looked over it. She had never seen a gun quite as destructive looking at this, which made her heart miss a few beats to even think of using such a weapon. Weighing it in her hands, she aimed it in the direction of one of the targets. Taking in a deep breath of freezing cold air, she put her small fingers aroyund the trigger and pulled once, hitting the target on one of its outer layers, with a defiant smile, happy that she even managed to hit the target.

*he gulped as he nervously grabbed a rifle and a box of ammo, he went over to a shooting stand and readied his rifle*
*began shooting at the targets going through 3 clips and only nicking one of the targets*

continuing to shoot, she managed to shoot each layer, including the centre ring. She stopped for a moment to examine it, with a staisfied smile. brushing her hair out of her face, she took aim again and shot another two bullets through the centre of the target.

*firing a few more clips hitting his target only about five times he stops and returns the rifle and whats left of the ammo had to where he had gotten them from*
"Sir I'm not much of a shooter." *cracks his knuckles* "I prefer close combat Sir."
*stands at attention by the riffle rack and waits the earful he is sure to get from the drillmaster*

taking a last shot, she realised her ammo had gone, and she slung it over her shoulder, leaving it to rest on her neck as she turned around to face the drillmaster, trying not to look to happy with what she had done.

Azrael nodded as the ape spoke the words, acknowledging what he had said. "We'll be coming there later, during the virtual reality warfare you can try that, but that is scheduled for tomorrow." He sighed quietly as he took his own pistol from the holster that rested on his hip and started to whisper softly "Okay people, this is too pathetic... stand back.." He aimed and shot the clip at the target, each shot right next to the other, piercing the neck of the dummy, causing it to fall off... "That concludes this exercise..."

nods at him and places her gun back into the rack, ready to head back. She waited for Omega to do the same so they could walk back together. as she looked behind her her eyes rested on the small boy she had seen earlier. "He never seems to want to talk" she thought to herself. She half wanted to go over and talk to him, but she didnt know if he would want to be bothered. He looked friendly but shy, so deided to leave it for now. If their paths would cross later she would attempt to speak, but decided against it for now.

"so where do you want to go, or do you want to wait for the drillmaster to say we can go?"

smiles as she is so high up and looks down at him leaning on his head Go wherever you like, i dont care she spoke slowly but loudly, as the wind wiped her face and made it ahrd to hear all the way up there. she held onto his shoulders so that when he moved there was no chance of falling off.

"then to the REC HALL" *he got on all fours and moved her to his back so she wouldn't fall off then started to gallop over to the rec hall*

Whats the REC hall? she asked as she held on around his shoulders for dear life, hoping that she wouldnt fall off, as she had bad memories of falling from high places when small.

" the Recreation Hall, its where all the fun games and whatnots are kept." *they get to the rec hall very quickly, he stops slowly so as not to toss Alexa off he then grabs hold of her and places her in front of the door* "shall we go in?"

shyly nods and opens the doors and steps inside. There was a warm air iinside and it felt like the first heat she had found all day. She looked over to omega, waiting shyly for him to enter, because she was nervous around the room she hadnt expolred yet.

err..foosball? she walked over to the table, and looked down on all the little players and smiled, finding the little ping pong like ball in the middle and walked to one side of the table.

*follows her to the table and gets on the opposite side* "just drop the ball on the table when your ready." *grabs the tiny handles with his thumb and forefinger since his hands are to big to hold them*

smiles and puts the ball in the middle of the table and quickly monouvers(?) the handles to hit the ball in the direction of Omegas goal quickly with a smile. So..how do you think we went on today?

Meridian had quietly left the shooting grounds, his aim having failed to hit any of the targets that he was assigned. He did not mind though, for his love was not placed with guns and rifles. He loved weapons of a more ancient origin, blades of steel and axes of metal, knives of adamantine and arrows of mithral. His weapons of choice where not those that where oft used in the military, but the close quarters training would aid him when the time would be there.... if it would ever come.
He slowly made his way towards the Recreation Room, the place where the games where kept and the children could relax when the time of training had passed. He knew that there was little to do, but still... it might have some effect if he could find the simple toys that he sought. And if he could find none, then he could always seek the composite longbow that he had hid under his bunk....
Azrael had quietly left after dismissing the recruits, leaving for his own quarters, his paths shrouded by the snow that fluttered down from the heavens above him..

after hours of sitting in the room alone i decided to head to the rec room.I pulled meh sleeve to hide the bandaged part of meh arm,put eh boots on,and walked down the hall to the room

Meridian entered the Rec. Room and proceeded to the small storage that was attached to it, seeking what he would need to continue his own little 'game'... the one that he had done so many times when he was alone. He had few hopes that the 'toy' would be there, but he could always try.
His tail was flicking slightly as he rummaged through a crate, digging deep into it in an attempt to find his target. His eyes where scanning the contents of the crate, taking in the sights and determining if the objects might be suitable for his goal, but alas, none that he saw was adequate for his goal...

i started to jog down the hall,tripping up after i got about half way from the rec room, "..owww..." i said,rubbing meh elbow then getting up and walking over to the rec room and heading over to the toy closet and noticing the kid, "..hello...you new here?.." i said,not noticing that he was here the whole time

Alexa looks up stunned for a second and looks down i ntime to see the ball go into her goal. She looked at him slyly and shook her head Cheat! Distraction isnt part of the game! she laughed slightly and rubbed her hand against her cheek.

"I have been here since Azrael has arrived, I have been here since before you have... please do not say that I am new here... for I am naught." Meridian turned around and glared at the smaller child, his sanguine blue eyes sparking with malevolence, yet at the same time with care. His heart did not wish to harm the child, but his mind told him to teach him a lesson... it was awkward for him to feel the fight rage within himself...

Alexa heard a harsh voice coming from the other end of the room, but shook her head as she imagined it, and looked back to omega What kind of wager?

raises her eyebrows with a smirk, before extending a paw Oh your sooo on! she waited to shake his hand before starting the match again.

"Pheonix seems like a cool kid *he hits the ball up in the air with his goalie* as for the other kid, i don't know, i haven't spoken to him yet" *slams the ball towards her goal with another one of his guys*

There...different. They wanted me here to get me away from them really... bounces the ball around it the middle of the table between her two men I didnt fit into my family really, so i came here, they wanted rid of me, i wanted rid of them. What about yours? she said after a pause.

"well, i don't talk about them to much. *bounces the ball of the wall and balances it on one of his mens heads* you see their dead, they died in a car crash a really long time ago."
*spins his man to shoot the ball to her goal again*

she goes and hits the ball aay with a smirk Sorry... she said sympatheitcally. She tried to search for something to say, but couldnt think of anything, so she just bit her lip and bounced the ball in the middle again.

laughs You do know we are going to be here forever! she giggles as she hits it around in the middle again, trying to decide a good angle for another shot.

goes to dive and save it, but accidently swings her man the other way. With a quick swear word she watched as the ball fell into the goal and hung her head down so her hair fell onto the table, then looked up with a smirk Good game...

looking over at him, Alexa blinks and nods, then slowly walks back over and picks up her chair Think of the happy times her voice was tingly from her scream, but she wanted to make him feel better Think of...things that were good, instead of..thigns that were...bad.

quickly dressing in her swimsuit, she climbed into the shower and pulled the curtain around, hanging the towel just next to her in there. She could hear thumping, and for some reason new it was omega. "i'll see him later" she told herself as she continued showering.

Meridian nodded as the child left and traced his paw through the air, whispering softly as he did so. "May the ravages of time treat thee well child" He closed his eyes and sighed deeply, knowing the pain of loss and sorrow all too well, but naught the pain of being feeble... his heart was as soft as that of any child, but his mind was different, uncaring, as it was taught to be... his life had not been an easy one, though it was hist past, his sorrow to bear, his heart to keep in check.... but most of all... it was his own.

*continues punching the wall feeling his anger lessen some, but not enough, he preforms a move called "the 1 inch punch" a move mastered by only a great few people though out the world, as he connected this punch he blow a 3 foot hole in the wall, feeling sightly satisfied he went to the benches and laid down on one to catch his breathe*

slipping out og the shower, she pulled her dressing gown on and began to dry her hair. once that was drier than earlier, she dried herself off, pulling on her uniform once more. She wrapped the towel around her shoulders and walked back to her room carrying her things and plaing them out on her bed to make sure she had everything with her.

Meridian quietly walked over to his bedroom, getting on his knees before the bed and reaching under, drawing the case which contained the bow from under the bed. He smiled as he stroked the supple leather, tracing the black material as he thought about what waited for him inside. The corners of the case where enforced with stainless steel, to make sure that the leather would not be harmed when it was set down, even if it was set down a little too roughly.
With delicate precision he opened the first of the four clasps, smiling at the click that it made and knowing that his paws would soon feel the comforting grip of the weapon which was hidden inside of it. The other three clasps followed, each taking a minute or more before the child would do the next, and as soon as the fourth clasp had been opened the child pulled up the lid. He started grinning like a child who had just opened a Christmas gift, and soon his small paws reached within the case, drawing from it the lethal weapon....

Making sure everything is good, she came out of her room ,still with the towel drapped over her shoulders and her hair still wet, she made her way to Omega's room and knocked lightly on the door Omi, its me...can i come in? she asked leaning against the door.

Meridian grinned as he took the bow from it's case, the stainless steel frame, which was as blue as the sky, was as a charm to him, it drew him to it as if it called him.... his heart longed to hold the item, to hold it and put an arrow on it, to fire that arrow into the night sky and see it go, going untill the momentum was lost and it would trail back to the earth below once more. "You are the only one that I can trust with my life..... only you have stood by my side for all my life.... none has stayed with me as long as you.... Starsong...."

He grinned as he took the arrow and the bow, standing up and padding over to the door of his room, then leaving his chamber. Within the hallways he turned southwards, towards the exit, towards the cold outdoors that would soon be set alight, as the lighter already waited in his pocket.....

Meridian stepped out into the cold and grinned, the wind sweeping past his face, causing him to giggle softly. "It seems you have naught forgotten me winter's frost." His thoughts where clear and ordened now, focused and determined. He reached into his pocket and took out the lighter, then clipped it open to see the flame dance upob the winds. "Flame.... guide my way." He set the tip of the arrow on fire and set it on the bow, preparing for the shot that he would soon make. He aimed up to the sky and smirked pulling back the bow's string and preparing to fire into the darkening sky....
The arrow was released from the bow and sought out the sky, tracing a burning stream of light in it's wake as the fuel on it's tip was searing away, closing in on the small charge that was buried below it. As seconds passed and the arrow went higher and higher the fuel burned up, and finally, after another few seconds had passed the charge ignited in a tremendous bang, shaking the trees and the alarming everybody within a mile of what had happened.... "Fire Light My Way..."

*wakes up, slightly angered at who or what made that noise , he barged out of his room and to the outdoors, seeking whatever made the noise, he looked towards the sky seeing a glimpse of light only about a hundred yards away, he moved towards it stomping his feet all the way in anger, hoping to catch whatever had such a sound* "where did it come from." *he thought to himself as he searched for about 15 minutes before giving up the search, he went back to his room and got under the covers, putting earplugs in this time so as not to be awoken until the proper time*

Alexa began to stirr quietly. She could hae slept through a bombing she was such a heavy sleeper. She got out of her bed, and started top slowly change from her pajamas(? or howeva its spelt) into her uniform. She straightened out the creases, before tying her hair into a ponytail and went out of her room. The weather was as dull as ever and just as cold as the other day, Alexa looked down at her watch, noting it was only 5am. She walked into the mess hall, grabbing a plate or bacon, sausage and toast form the side, and went to the cornere beginning to eat.

Azrael woke up to the calling of his alarm and slid out of his warm bed, mumbling something about life being unfair as he did so. He quietly got dressed from him pajamas into his uniform, rubbing his eyes with his paws afterwards. "Much too early... as is my life.." He left his room and threaded through the hallways, towards the exit.. his assignment for the morning: greet the new recruits, and at noon... virtual combat. (Hey, it evens out the huge size differences I have to work with.) His intent was to not wake the recruits on this day, mainly because they needed their sleep.... even more then himself.

Alexa finished her food and put her plate back on the counter and grabbed a cup of tea, leaning back against the wall. She wondered if everyone else was asleep. She had always woken up early ever since young. No matter how late she stayed up, she normally woke early, even on weekends. She saw no point in sleeping when she could be out and about, with friends or out in parks or doing activities. Taking a few sips out of her tea, she sat back at the table, hoping todays assignments would be like the ones yesterday. She didnt enjoy the crawling so much, as it had slit her arm open, but the rope climbing and shooting seemed pretty good.

i awoke,not ready to humiliate mehself infront of the whole class again.Hopping out of the bed,i walked over to the trunk and took out meh pair of blue camoflague pants and shirt.After,i walked out into the halls,looking around for any other furrs,and heading to the mess hall and grabbing a tray,putting bacon,eggs with syrup,and toast on it.Then walked over to the chair in the corner and sat down,eating quietly

looking up from the table she sat at, she caught eye contact with phoenix, she put her hand up to say hi, then continued to drink her tea, staring at the wall absent-mindedly. She was daydreaming and didnt realise anything else going on.

i looked away and finished eating,growing quieter,then got up and walked over to the trashcan to throw the trash away and put the tray ontop,i then began to walk to the rec room

as she stopped daydreaming, she realised that no one was about. That was something she could never figure out, she couldnt get her mind around how people sleeped in so late. She got herself up, placing her cup on the counter and walked outside. The snow was settling on the ground, meaning it had snowed over night. Walking across the field, she sat down at the bottom of a tree, looking out amongst the snow, before pulling a small book out from her pocket and began to read.

*wakes up and rubs his eyes then removes the earplugs he had put in last night, grabs his uniform and a towel then heads to the showers yawning all the way, he get there and cleans himself with freezing cold water to get him more awake, he finishes his shower and drys off then gets his uniform on, after done in the shower ha heads to the Mess hall to eat and hoping to find Alexa, as he entered the mess hall he sees no one there, he goes to the counter and gets a small tray food then takes a seat and eats his food*

sensing she saw someone, Alexa quickly looks up from her book to see the mess hall door closing. She smiled to herself, thinking she musnt be very noticable. as she was leaning back against a tree, her ginger hair sort of matched in with it, and she had her knees propped up infront with snow all around. She re-opened her book and continued to read on.

*quickly finishes his food then goes to the trash can to throw away what little scraps he had left then put his tray on top of the can, he then heads outside and looks for a quite place to go, he sees a nice rock a little ways away that would be perfect then heads towards it, he arrives at the rock then sits on top of it and crosses his legs while placing his hands upon his knees, he then closes his eyes and begins to meditate entering a deep trance*

looks up to see a figure go past the mess hall, but it was too hard to see at such a distance. Alexa stands up slightly, brushing the snow off her, and wiping it off her tail. She put her book back in her pocket, and began to make her way slowly, padding across in the snow, leaving her small shoe prints behind her, as she walked on her way to the rec hall.

*his body sits there on the rock like a statue, his sprite takes form invisible to all, in his sprite form he begins to explore the some of the compounds restricted areas, mainly just some of the girls rooms, he notices one female furson that he did not recognize, he stayed in her room (knowing he cannot be seen) and watches her to see try and recall who she was*

going into the rec room, she sat down on the sofa and leaned back. It was so comfy. She looked around the room at the expensive equipment but wrinkled her nose. She hated luxiouries. She curled up on the seat and pulled the book out, and continued to read from where she left off.

*he grows tired of watching and being unable to recall her name, he decides to return to his body, upon re-entering his body he took a huge gasp of air, after catching his breathe he head to the rec hall and enters it with out making a single sound, inside he looks around and notices Alexa laying on the sofa reading, he then sneaks up behind her and in a very loud voice he tries to scare her* "BOO!!!"

Alexa merely blinks and turns the page in the book before looking up at Omega with a smile then simply replied. " I have lived for 14 years, with seven brothers, im used to it!" she pokes her tongue out and closes the book ,slipping it back in her pocket.

*he jumps over the sofa then sits on it next to her* "So..." *gives her a quick small kiss on her cheek* "What do you think todays exercise will be?"

rubs her cheek and shifts her legs off of the sofa to sit up straight. "dunno, probably something usefull, otherwise it wouldnt be something to do would it?"

"your right, i hope its fun." *looks away from Alexa becoming slightly embarrassed not know what else to say and blushing*

looks at him and hits him lightly on the head with his book. As he looks at her she smiles "Thats for blushing at me!" she laughed holding her book in her paws resting in her lap.

"sorry, so..." *look at her book then to her face* "what kind of books do you like to read? i like action fantasy myself."

smiles "if its a book, i'll read it! I range from olden times classics like little women, to harry potter and alex rider!" she giggles and slips the book in her pocket.

"those sound like really good books, but ive only read a few books in my life, like the one called 'The Secret of Dragonhome' and the 'War of the Ancients'." *yawns and moves his arm over and places it on her shoulder*

smiles at him "are they good books?" she looks at his hand but ignores it shaking her head slightly with a smirk.

"i think so, Dragonhome has people called 'talents' and dragons in it, and the war one goes back in time to a point where a huge battle takes place. *caresses her cheek with his thumb* you might like them, but there a little had to find."

nods slowly "well, if i ever get out of this place, i'll try and find them..."

"well if the drillmaster ever gets over and tell us what to do we would be closer to leaving this place. *takes his arm off of her shoulder and puts it in his lap, then twiddles his thumbs*

swings her legs down, then stands up suddenly and walks around the rec room boredly, trying to think of something to do. She walks over to the foosball table and picks up the little ball, before rolling it along the table into the opposite goal.

"well, im going back outside to practice some." *heads outside and begins stretching*

waves to him as he leaves, and then takes her book back out and leans against a wall, sliding down it. She opened the book slowoly at the front and opened the cover off. A little letter fell out of it from her parents and she picked it up looking confused. She began to open it and read it quickly.

*finishes stretching, breathes deeply in and out, begins his tai chi exercises very slowly*

Alexa takes her eyes away from the letter with a flash of angriness passing over her. She started to rip the letter over and over again, into tiny shreds, before placing all the tiny pieces of confetti into the envelope and leaving it on the sofa. She closed her book placing it back in her pocket before kicking the side of the table.

taking another kick at her table she took a deep breath and walked out of the rec room, walking straight past Omega trudging through the snow and up to a tree. Lifting up her arms she leapt upwards, holding onto a brach, and pulled herself up ,so only her legs could be seen. She sat up in the cool snow trying to cool her anger down by lookign at the snow on the leaves and branches.

*moves like a bullet to Alexa's tree kicking up a huge trail of of in his wake, stooping just before crashing into it then looks up at her* "you could try doing Tai Chi with me to cool down if you'd like? *stares at her awaiting her reply*

lifts her legs up so she is compleatly hiden "no thanks" she replied horsely, as began to climb up another branch still feeling annoyed.

"ok then, but i apologize ahead of time if this annoys you further." *moves at lightning speed, circling the tree, making a snow tornado*

squeaks as snow flies up all around her, as she climbs higher to get away from it all she realises she is at the top. Her anger disolves as she looks out at the view with wide eyes. She was so high up by now, she had never gone so high. She almost forgot her anger, before it flooded back suddenly, andd she hung her head over.

*stops suddenly and looks up* " ill leave you alone if you want?" *still looking at her, but starts to get a little saddened*

starts to climb down the tree slightly and reaching the last branch, sits down and swings her legs under her. She bent down and looked to omega so he could jsut about see her face "no, its alright..." she jumped down from the tree, landing in the snow, sitting down.

*gets a big smile on his face then jumps up in the tree, hangs upside down and looks at Alexa*

Stays lain down in the snow, making a snow-woman by the shape of her imprint in the ground. Sitting up slightly, she giggles at omega and begins to look around the grounds, wondering when their drill master would come over and tell them about their next task.

Azrael quietly looked upon his watch, the time had passed, but the children still had a couple of hours to relax and play... and soon he would have the results of the blood tests that had been taken the day before.

((well, i do have a laptop, but at the moment the charger decided it would have a fit and die. So i just have to save up for one and im set, plus my gran is sleeping in my room until this weekend for christmas, so i cant stay up to late that way either...))
getting bored of being in the snow, Alexa stood up and walked to the rec room once more. Collapsing down on the couch, she began to read again, this time her eyes drooping gently until she drifted into a sleep.

i rose from playing monopoly by mehself in the rec room,then walked out into the snow outside and sat on meh knees in the snow,looking at it shimmer as the sun hit it

Alexa jolts awake suddenly, remembering that practise could be anytime soon and tried to get up, forgetting she was on the sofa and falls flat on her face. Laughing slightly, she pulled herself to her feet and went into the bathrooms and started to tie her bows into her hair neatly.

*starts to get a head rush from hanging upside down, his grip loosens and he falls, landing on his head with a big thud* "ow." *he slowly gets up and heads to the rec hall, once inside he lies down on the sofa and rubs his head*

finishing tying her bows, she walked back into the snow and made her way across the snow to the messhall, as it was nearing lunch and she hadnt eaten since 5am in the morning!

*feels the throbbing in his head lessen he gets up and heads for the mess hall, he gets there and goes in to a seat then starts hitting his head against the table*

Walks in and grabs a sandwich from the side. Looking around the hall she spots omega and sits next to him laughing "whats uop with you?"

"I don't really know. *continues hitting his head against the table* i guess I'm just trying to get something out of my head."

"get what out of your head?" takes a bite out of her sandwich, and rests her head in her arms on the table boredly.

"not much, just some bad and angry thoughts. *still continues hitting his head on the table* im also doing this to pass the time until are next assignment."

nods in agreement. Alexa finishes the last of her sandwich and rests her head on the table, closing her eyes.

*stops hitting his head on the table* "ok, the bad and angry thoughts are out now, but now i cant see stright and dizzy." *falls off his seat landing flat on his back and just lies there* "I think ill stay down here for now."

opens her eyes slightly to see him on the floor. She gives him a quick smile but closes her eyes again tiredly.

*props himself up with one arm and rubs Alexa's back* "why are you so tired?"

murmers slightly so it can only just be heard "woke at 5, cant sleep here. tables comfier than beds!" she giggled slightly, still with her eyes closed.

"they might be comfier, but there definitely not very warm." *he lies back down on the ground*

shrugs "i dont feel any cold in here" she slowly starts drifting into a sleep.

"well you could lay against me to got a little warmer, if you wanted." *is still laying on the floor*

giggles and falls backwards off the bench, landing next to omega and continues to keep her eyes closed.

*smiles and pulls her close to him, to share his warmth*

suddenly remembering something, she jumps to her feet suddenly awake and runs to the rec room in a frenzy, looking all around the room.

*shocked at her speedy exit he decides to follow her, he rushes to the rec room, finding Alexa franticly searching the room* "Lex, whats wrong, what are you looking for?" *his voice filled with concern*

"i put something here this morning!" she said annoyed, rushing around the room looking everywhere "I cant remember where though!"

"well here, *starts looking with her* just tell what it was and ill help find it, ok?"

sighs and holds her head thinking "its a white envelope, with the name Alexandra on the front. Soemthing importants inside it" she spoke worriedly, letting go of her head and searching under the foosball table.

"ok *pick up the sofa and tips it upside down so the cushions and what ever is under them to fall* can you remember what you might have done with it last?

i" was sat under the bookshelf, then i just went, i was angry and i must have dropped it" she continues to search around the room.

*thinking to himself goes over to the bookcases and lifts them up, hoping to find it there, under the last one he find it* " Hey Lex, i think i found it!!"

runs over to him and finds the envelope "oh thanks so much!" she hugged iomega quickly and looked at the envelope happily, but still with a sad touch to her face.

"glad i could help. *he smiles then looks around the room* Whoa, we really made a mess looking for that letter." *starts picking up the mess*

giggles, "i suppose so!" walks over to the sofa and flips it back to its right position, and places the cushions back neatly, before walking top the bookshelf sorting out the books.

"you'd best keep that close to you at all times Lex, just so this doesn't happen again." *goes and sits in a recliner*

finishes sorting out everything and sits on the sofa "i will, dont worry" she says slowly, as she lifts her feet onto the sofa, making sure the envelope is still in her pocket.

*looks over at Alexa and smiles, enjoying this peaceful moment*

smiles and pulls the envelope out, looking t it starting to think. She opened it again, and searched her hand through all the recently-shredded letter.

"good god, where the heck is that drillmaster at." *looks around the room again and sees something new he must have missed the last time he was in here* "COOL!" *he gets up and heads over to the somewhat new thing* "We got a punching bag in here!" *he starts punching it softly*

smiles at him and returns to her search. She suddenly comes across something. She pulled it out and it revealed a long silver chain with a cross on it. She held her fist tight around it, then placed both the letter and necklace in her pocket, walking ove to omega and the punchbag.

*looks to Alexa as she comes over, still punching the big bag* "you wanna have a go?" *he stops and steps aside*

smiles slightly and takes a swing at it, knocking it forwards fastly and coming back even faster. She quickly stepped aside just before it could catch her "haha, i think i hit it a bit to hard..." giggles.

"haha, not really, this time ill stand behind it to hold it still." *gets behind it and grabs hold of it* "try hitting it a few more times now."

hits at it slowly, watching as it shook and giggled " i havent used one of these in years!"

"well then, show me what you got!" *holds it still* "throw punches and some kicks, don't hold back!"

Alexa sighs "i can get a bit evil though" starts throwing punches slowly, and a few moments later, does a roundhouse kick again it, spinning on her heel, knocking it to the side, her hair flowing around her.

Azrael quietly looked over his watch, the two hands stood almost at the same point, straight up, indicating that it would soon be 12 o'clock. He couldn't help but wonder who would be there for the combat training, it was VR. The worst thing, for him that is, was that is was an optional course to take...

getting restless from punching the punch bag she stretched then looked at omega "im gunna head outside, we should be starting some training soon!" Alexa smiled and waved goodbye to Omega, before walking back into the snow, kicking it up as she walked along.

Azrael quietly stepped into the control center, having a decent look upon the two pedestals and the suits that lay on top of them, the suits where meant for the recruits, as soon as they would put them on, and the visor that matched it, they would find themselves in the arena of Azrael's choice. Each combatant would find though that they where equally matched in strength and size, it would be a match of skill, not powers or strength. He gently trailed his paw over the control panel before him, knowing that he could throw diversions at the children when that was required.
Meridian smiled as he looked at the clock in the mess hall, seeing that it was almost time for the training, and without hesitation he padded up to the VR center, awaiting for the doors to be opened so he could step in.

Alexa carried on trudging through the snow. Her baggy t-shirt wasnt equipped for such cold weather, as she hugged her arms tightly to herself. She had been told they would be learning at a VR centre, whatever that may be. As she approached the centre, she saw the boy she had seen the other day. Tilting her head forwards to look down at the snow and her face was hiden under her gignger locks, she walked to the centre and leaned against the wall casually. She looked up slowly and smiled at him.

*stops holding the bag and notices what time it is* "Oh crud, im gonna be late for practice!" *he rushes over to the VR center and sees Alexa outside of its doors, feeling less tense he slows down and walks over to her then leans against the wall next to her and waits for practice to begin*

Alexa looks over seeing Omega and smiles as he leans on the wall next to her "combat, cant wait!" she spoke cheerfully, with a slight laughter to her voice. She looked back to Meridian, trying to catch his eye, seeing as he never seemed to talk to anyone else, and thought he could do with a friend around here, like she had found a friend in Omega.

Azrael pressed a couple of buttons when it turned noon, and with a hiss the door slid open, revealing the interior of the chamber to the children that stood waiting for him, his paw moved towards the microphone and he spoke in it softly. "You can all enter, and Phoenix, you have been cleared for drugs, you can participate of you so seek." He started tapping a few controls and slowly both platforms and the rack of gear lit up, revealing to the children the suits of midnight black with silver disks attached to it. The VR visors where on a shelf, each a half circle that would fir over the eyes and would cling to the head without harming the wearer.
The pedestals where about 10 feet in diameter, ringed with steel rails as to make sure that others would not wander upon the pedestals while two subjects where using them. "Okay, the first two volunteers can get their suits and a visor, do not put the visor on just yet, you can do that when you have taken place on the pedestals, when you have taken place I will explain the procedure to you all."
Meridian grinned widely and stepped up as soon as he heard the words, padding over to the suits and putting one on as fast as he could. He quickly snatched a visor off the rack and stepped up onto the right pedestal, awaiting for someone else to step up.

smiles and goes through the doors. As she hears the word volenteer, her hand shot up without her even noticing, and she walked to get a visor and climbed into her suit, before stepping on the pedestal, smirking slightly.

*goes inside the center to get away from the cold then takes a seat to watch Alexa and Meridian on a large screen, thinking to himself- "Dang, Lex sure does look hot in that suit."*

Azrael started to tap away on the control panel, selecting the area where the children would fight, his choice came up to a city, though he did not know who's advantage that would be in. "Okay kids, when you put on your visor you will see a town, it will be about as large as the capital, and you have the entire area to fight if you might need it. All tactics that you know are allowed, you can use anything that you find in the world as a weapon. There are no weapons shops in the town and you will have to think about where to get your arms. Feel free to enter when you feel ready, you will first get a few minutes to get familiar with the area." He started to type away again and smirked, wishing to see whom of the would emerge victorious. "Neural interface... active."
Meridian smiled and nodded before putting on the visor, the world coming into existence before him. First the buildings started to form, the gigantic structures of concrete and metal shifting and taking form, the curbs and streets where next, then the humans and anthro's appeared, each lifelike and seemingly breathing. As he looked up to the sky he could see the clouds above him, and far away even the small fleck that would soon appear to be a plane. "Cool..." Outside of the reality one could see the child looking around, but on the big screen one could see the entire world, and with the proper tap of a button one could zoom in on certain areas.
((Okay, Iggy, you start of at the industrial terrain, the buildings of concrete and steel much larger and smoke billowing from the chimneys. around you can see small patches of grass and a few workers going about their business, 10 feet to your left there is a street, on it a few trucks riding by. There is much noise and the smoke hangs low, completely obscuring sight after 200 feet, you feel nothing from the smoke that you appear to be breathing though, it just obscures sight. You start of in your normal civilian clothing and 50' away from you there is a small knife on the ground.
If you lean down and 'touch' the ground then the suits gives you a certain amount of pressure on that point of your paw, this will apply to each item that you touch, as to any blows that your character will receive. There won't be enough to actually hurt your character, but if you lose the fight you will have some bruising. I will give you a fair fight, you and I are on equal terms here. I will not type for Azrael from now on, only when we have concluded will I do him again. ))

Alexa places the visor on over her eyes, and the world suddenly appeared. The smoke starting clogging up her views, but she sharpened her senses to look around at the floor. She saw a glinting item quite a way away. As she walked to it she kneeled down and examined a small knife on the floor. As she picked it up, she felt its weight. 'this is so cool' she thought to herself, as everything seemed so real, even though if she slide of the visor, she would be back stood on the pedestal. as she stood up ,she decided she would get to know the routes around. She looked at a road, where some trucks were slowly going by, and the road was misted over with smoke from somewhere unknown to her.

Meridian wandered around through the city that lay before him, gazing at the buildings in awe. He had never seen something like this, and it all seemed so real, in the distance, far to the south of town he could swear that he saw chimneys of an industrial terrain, and to the north there was clear sky. He quietly wandered around and spotted something on the floor, forgotten by the masses that passed by it. He reached down and tried to grab it, feeling the pressure on his right paw as it connected, and for a moment he stood there, just standing still, marveling at what he had just felt. He quietly raised it to look at it and saw several buttons on the small device that fit in his palm, and soon he was tapping away at it.
With each tap of the button he saw another district of the city, industry, living quarters, mall, slums, the sea, everything seemed to be accounted for in the world that he had just entered. "How did they make this.... it is huge..." He kept tapping away at the buttons, zooming in on certain areas to find routes, but he already knew that he would not be able to remember each and every passage that he saw.

Alexa looked around, still holding the knife, she saw something again on the floor quite a bit away. She slipped the knife into the side of her suit trousers and walked slowly towards it. Kneeling once more she picked up the remote. She gave a mishcevious grin and pressed some of the buttons. She got to change to different areas of the virtual town instantly. One minute she was stood outside a building, next she was inside a building, and then in a field. She continued to flick through the buildings, and wondered when she would come across meridian and the combat excersise(?) would begin.

As an example, take a map you have laying around at home, and look at it, you will see the country or whatever the map is about, you can read the names and see the states that it consists off, you'll see the towns that lay in your little country, but you CANNOT just poof towards it.))

Alexa saw a small map on the floor that had just appeared that she ghadnt noticed until now. Kneeling down she opened up the ap and looked around "so if im here..." she pointed to outside a building that looked vaugely(?) like the one she was knelt outside. She traced her finger along the map then looked up "...there must be a field over there..." tracing her finger again whilst looking up "..and more buildings and shops there."

((Close enough ^^ I'll just RP what I mean, I think that will make more sense then trying to explain.))
Meridian tapped another button and brought up the map of where he was standing, the buildings around him where ever so clear, well, at least their outlining was. The street that he was in went two ways, if he would follow the northwards way he would come to the meadows that where around the city, if he would go southward he would come to the industrial terrain. There where other paths to many more districts, but it was smartest for him to just stick to the main road, for who knew what could happen in this world....
Through the microphones a voice could be heard, the voice of Azrael, and all it did was say one simple word. "Begin."

Alexa felt her ears burst as the loud word 'Begin' rang through her ears. It had startled her like crazy ,she had almost forgotten that this world was virtual. Stepping away from the little map she continued to walk along the roadside, knowing at one point she would bump into him, and their fight would have to start. She pulled the glinting knife out of the side of the suit and continued on briskly.

Slowly on the world started to shimmer slightly, rearranging itself for the combatants to meet each other faster, though it went faster then one could expect, and next they knew both children found themselves in a crowded mall. The patrons of several stores of toys, clothing, and gift shops where rummaging around through the sales, only allowing the children to catch occasional glimpses of each other, and only then if they looked close enough.
Meridian was almost stunned as everything around him faded, transforming and shifting to an area that was even busier then the street had been, he could barely see where he was from between the people, yet his mind worked as fast as it could, estimating that he should have been placed here for a reason, was it weapons... or his foe. His eyes tried to peer through the crowd of people, and he saw several children of about his age, but none seemed to match the girl that he was looking....

Alexa's world seemed to shift. She felt like she was going to be sick as it started to change appearence, and pushed her into a mall. There were so many people around she could hardly see a thing, and crowded places normally made her feel claustrophobic. She tried to walk slowly through the crowd, trying to catch a glimpse of why she had been shunted here. She wondered if she had done something wrong, seeing as everything seemed so real, and that she may have somehow actually transported herself there, as she didnt know how any of this equipment worked.

The kitten slowly pushed his way through the crowd, more then once uttering the words "pardon me.", "sorry", and "excuse me, I need to pass by." and it seemed to be taken quite well by each of the persons that he had to use it on. On the other hand he did notice that he got a few odd looks from the people that where around him, and even one or two that seemed to whisper something about it being an outrage that he walked there alone. He couldn't help but wonder at how the world could seem so... real...

As she struggled through the crowd, feeling more and more like people were crowding around just her, she wondered how people looked in this world, and if she looked the same as usual. That made her heart slightly turn to ice. , she supposed that meridian would ahve been pushed here to. even though there were many people about, Alexa stood out quite frequently normally, with her long ginger hair so bright it shone whenever light caught it. She would just have to hope that her hair colour didnt stick out in their virtual world.

Meri kept wandering through the area, looking up on occasion to look at the people that passed by, their facial expressions seemed so good, and he even heard a mother patronizing her child. He stepped through a few more people and saw a playground a little ahead. "Ahh, maybe I can use that to gain a higher vantage point." He grinned as he tumbled his way towards it, trying for dear life to dodge every single person around him.

Alexa ran a paw through her hair. It was annoying her that she couldnt find the other child. There were so many people about, seeming so real it was almost as if she had stumbled itno a mall at home. She saw familys out on shopping trips, and groups of friends mucking about. She continued walking along, until she came to a clearing. This area seemed to be compleatly deserted. Not even one shopped was in this aea, and it seemed so peaceful she stopped for a moment to get the bearings of the mall.

Slowly on the kitten climbed on top of the plaything, trying to see over all the other people that where about, his sight though was still obscured since each person gave soft cover to the people behind them. He grinned though, since being here almost made him feel like playing some sort of game.

she looked around her "how is this combat!" she asked herself, as she approached the crowds once more, heading back the way she had came. She came across some stairs she didnt notice first time around. Looking around to see if there was any sign of the boy, she started to climb down the stairs, one hand shadowing her eyes to see if she could see him in the crowd below, and one reting on the handrail as she walked along the stairs down to the bottom.

Meridian's eyes started to sparkle as he saw the manes of the girl that he sought, and soon he started to wave at her, his small paw raised up as high in the sky as it could. He was grinning from ear to ear as he did so and couldn't help but hop up and down a little in excitement...

As her eyes scanned over the crowds quickly from one of the higher steps of the stairs, she caught sight of the boy. He was waving at her, and she nodded to him with a sly smile. She jumped down the last ten steps, landing in a crouch on the floor, and pulled herself back up to her feet using the stairway banister. She wondered if there instructor would give any instructions on the combat, or if they were supposed to start immediatly. Suddenly Alexa felt cold, as she had jsut realised she had no idea what she was going to do it this combat.

Quickly Meridian jumped down from where he was perched, lading on his paws and hind paws, dividing the weight amongst them as to grant his hind paws some relief from having to bear it all. He grinned as he got up from the floor, anxious for the clash between him and the girl, knowing that one would 'die'. He was more then happy to start pushing his way through the crowd, towards the girl, and he did not care for whatever huffs he heard as he pushed some other people to the side...

she stood away from the crowd for a moment, as she shifted the knife in her hands, before hiding it slightly behind her back. A thought suddenly occoured to her, can the people around see them? and if so, if they started combating in the middle of the mall, would they see? Alexa was starting to wish she hadnt volenteered to go first, but knew there was no backing out now, until they were told they could take the visors off. Alexa already knew if things felt to real for her, she would be able to get away easily.

Meridian slowed down as he came closer to the stairwell, knowing all too well that the girl might have other things then just what he had, a navigator, which had proven utterly useless anyways. He slowed down more then enough and stopped as he could see the girl from between the people. With a small thought about he stuck his tongue out at the girl, which in turn got a disapproving look from one of the people that had seen it.

she tried to resist a smile as the boy stuck his tongue out, and frowned over to him. She kept her hand behind her back that held the knife, but she could help feel like she wanted to show it. People were looking at her now as they passed, as she looked quite fierce and hadnt moved in the last few minutes, as if lost in thoguht. People satrted jostling into her, and she was careful not to let the knife hit against her, or reveal it to anyone else either.

Meridian snuck back into the crowd, disappearing from view once more. His tactic was simple at best, to circle his foe until he could come into her back, as was the style of a common beast. He knew that the chance to succeed was slim at best, but he could always try it. Slowly on he crept through the crowd, only to feel something in his neck a moment after. Within seconds he was dangling a foot in the air, a burly mall guard holding him by the scruff of his neck...

Alexa looked around. The boy seemed to have completely disappeared. Slipping the knife into the back of her suit once more, she walked forwards wondering what happened. As she walked along she saw a mall guard lookign at her funny. She quickly jumped around a corner and leant against the wall for a moment, wondering what had happened to her combat partner.

Meridian started to struggle and the male lost his grip, releasing him into the crowd once more, within seconds he was running into the crowd, trying to shake off the guard... and it succeeded. Without a second thought he started to prowl again, spotting the child that was his target while he heard the guard bellowing out in rage.

Alexa saw her target once again and rolled her eyes. This time, she thought, seeing as things were moving slowly, she would put a little danger int othe edge of the combat. She put her hand behind her back to hint that she has something, and pulled the knife out, letting it glint over to him. She put it behind her back once again once she was sure he had seen it, so no one else would.

the kitten let out a hiss as soon as he saw the blade, his eyes directly proceeding to scan around the area for something that he could use as a weapon himself. He found little that seemed to fit him, but it did not matter, for then he would have to rely on claw and fang, and he was sure that when his teeth sunk into sweet virtual flesh that it would hurt.... enough to make someone cry out in pain. He stopped looking and closed his eyes though, his ears standing up straight on his skull, turning as to hear everything around. The numerous footsteps that he heard where all so clear, the breathing of those that wandered around him where difficult to distinguish, but at least it was something to aid him. He paws opened up and pointed straight at the floor, seemingly drawing on power that was not there, but old habits died hard... and even harder if they where all that you knew.

She watched as her target hissed and he disappeared from sight again. She considered this as an advantage. If she could no longer see him at that moment, he could not see her either. She slipped out of her corner and along the crowd. Running along a corridor she appeared on the asame row she was on that moment ago, but now she was at his end, and approachign fast, knowing he probably would expect her to come from behind.

The kitten heard the rushed footsteps, the sounds coming towards him from his seemingly unguarded back, his action though was meant to remove the attack from sight and allow him to come from it unharmed. He sidestepped and flexed his body, maneuvering the crowd with the grace of a dancer, ducking and spinning when he heard footsteps too close by. His style was hardly known, but it worked well enough for him, defense would be his weapon, until he could get the child at his mercy, and more importantly.... without so many onlookers.

Alexa stopped and felt at her head, the world was rushing around becaus eof all the people, and the boy had fallen out of sight again. She felt so odd and disorientated at the scene that she couldnt even think staright. She knew she had to get out of the way for a minute to think, so she turned on her heel and began to run back the way she came and back up the stairs. Turning right sharply she ran into the area where no one had approached earlier - luckily no one had come to the area yet. She sighed and held her head for a minute, her hair dangling around her. She was starting to feel a little better, but stayed in her position until she knew how she would aproach her target.

The swift threads of someone on the stairwell made the boy smile, wandering over to it and peering through the area with his opened eyes. He grinned as he saw the calmer place, and more importantly: the child that he was looking for. He smirked and slowly threaded towards her, ever so slow, but his eyes always remained fixed on the child, wishing for her to attack so he could do which he did best.... defend himself with his life.

This combat was driving her crazy, and she couldnt wait until the day had ended and she could go to bed, just to get out of this virtual world. Sighing, Alexa pulled out the knife again but held it by her side, waiting for the combat to commence.

i then remembered another room,one that i HAVENT been in yet but passed many times, "...the vr room....." i then jogged around the camp,looking for the room.When i arrived i noticed the door was cracked slightly, '...theyre prolly in heeere...' i opened the door and noticed all but one simulation items were gone,i strapped on the chest plate and took a helmet,no weapons were avaliable at the moment,and went into another door which led into the simulation room, '..here we go..' i thought to mehself as i walked in and appeared in a barren city

She thought now would be a great time for her memory to kick in to remember about10 years worth of karate lessons from her grandfathers karate studio.

he child was almost close enough to attack. She got herself ready to lash out, waiting for the exact moment when he was near enough. She was starting to feel dizy as she closed her eyes for a moment, trying to regain herself then shook her head openeing her eyes. Things were starting to go blurry for her now and a headache was coming on, but she stood still still with fists in the air, waiting to attack the now blur or her combatont(or however you say that word!)

Alexa started to sway, all of the visuals had blurred in her mind, and she was begining to get really dizzy. In real life, what people would have seen is Alexa swaying from side to side, clutching her head. Suddenly she fell off the pedestal and landed with a crash on the floor.

Meridian gazed at the now empty place before him, the target that he wanted to attack had vanished from the world in which he stood. He tried to look around, only to see the world fading before him, shifting and falling apart around him, until he stood in the Virtual Reality room once more. "Huh...? "

Alea nodded slightly and took his paw. As they walked she shook her head "I dont think i...lost...i just sort of...had a break down, but in my mind?" she said to herself, as if it was making more sense to her mouth than her brain.

Meridian stepped down and sighed, removing the visor from his head and shaking his head for a moment. "Pathetic... not even a single blow struck.. or has even been close." He walked back over to the rack and put the visor down on the shelf again, reaching for the zipper of his suit and slowly pulling it downward as he started to undress himself.
Azrael groaned for a moment before reaching for the microphone and speaking softly. "Are you all right Alexa? Do you need medical treatment or anything? And Meridian, keep the suit on, your combat got stopped prematurely, so it doesn't count towards the ones required to graduate. And because the last 'fight' didn't go anywhere, the next match will be an arena match."

Alexa looked up to the drill master "Sorry sir. and no, i dont need any medical attention, the scene got blurred in my brain, visual affects like that do not agree with my brain" she said in the strongest voice she could, as the dizziness was wearing off, and she knew she would have to approach this task once more, pretty soon, and she groaned under her breath as she thought of putting the visor back on, and going through the blurred world once again.

"Hmm, must be a side effect that has not yet been archived, I will note it down and send it to my superiors, if you wish you may leave for now." Azrael cut of the microphone, making the silence return to the chamber that the recruits where in. His paws slid over the keyboard beside him as he started to type out the command lines so that the new arena could be used within several minutes.

Alexa sighed and stood up. Giving a quick smile over at Omega to wish him luck she went outside. She ended up walking around for a while, before coming across the tree she had climbed when she was annoyed. She sat down at the bottom of it, the snow around her and she closed her eyes slightly, as the cool weather soathed her aching brain.

i looked over to omega and noticed hes was already suited up and on the platform.I shrugged and slowly walked over to the suit rack and,above the suit rack,the visor rack.Quickly but nervously i put the black suit on,zipping it up casually,and took a visor.After wat seemed for about 7 minutes i walked up the stairs and stood on the platform, awaiting the training which,to meh,wat seemed like a beating.

Outside dark clouds packed together, and rain started to pour down from the skies. Deep within the skies power was gathering, and soon that power would crash down upon the earth in jolts of destructive lightning, frying all that they would touch. Before long the first crash of thunder could be heard, and Azrael swiftly started to press several buttons on the controls before him, deactivating the Virtual Reality fight for safety precautions. "Sorry people.. we can't do this with the storm outside... I don't want you kids fried."

Alexa wakes up leaning against the tree. Noticing the time, and her stomach growling uncomfably, she walks into the mess hall, and grabs a cookie from a basket. Pulling herself up on the counter, she wondered where everyone else was, and how they were going with their training.

"Okay people, you are dismissed for the day, We can't do anything else with this storm going on, so count yourself lucky.... for now." A small chuckle could be heard over the intercom as Azrael stopped speaking, and soon it turned dead silent again as the microphone was turned off at Azrael's side of the communication device.

i sighed and stepped off of the podium,then walked over to the suit and visor racks and took the suit off,hung it up,and set the visor on the shelf.I then quietlie walked over to the entrance door and stood beside it,waiting on the other furs to walk out

Swinging her legs, she sits still, daydreaming off into her own world, not paying attention to anything once again. She was glad the mess hall cooks didnt mind her sitting on the counter, and they all went about their business preparing our supper.

getting bored, Alexa jumps off of the counter and baid the cooks a goodbye, before walking back outside. It had started lightly raining, and all the snow had almost disolved. It was almost 8pm, and she began to walk around the grounds, pulling the hairband out of her hair, so her blonde hair fell around her.

Azrael quietly left the control room, threading through the hallways which he had been assigned to. He knew that those that where stationed within this wing of the training complex would be his to train, his to get ready for the annual wargames that would be held every midsummer. He sighed though, already knowing that there was little chance that they would win the games this year, the lack of discipline with the recruits made it harder and harder for him to think positively, but he still tried to do so.
He passed several doors as he walked, hearing the soft breathing of some of the recruits as they slept quietly, and soon a smile crept over his face. "Sleep well little ones.... you deserve it." He walked on and on, ever passing through the hallways, but he did not see anyone, and soon he found himself before the entrance to the complex, unaware of how he had gotten there...

((One EMP Pulse would be your demise kid, and considering how easy those things are too make with several items you would be fried before you would have a chance to harm someone..... and of course you'd be torn apart and made ready for the scrap heap within minutes after the pulse, except for the core processing unit, that I would destroy with a flame.... off about 500 degrees. And seeing as you're a chopper you'd take the damage from the crash too.... Plus hacking you wouldn't be that hard :P))
Meri padded through the hallways, lost in thoughts about the time to come, his last memory was the one in which Azrael had come to him and spoken him him for a moment, the time before Azrael left in his jeep and went somewhere for something that he had to do. ((One EMP Pulse would be your demise kid, and considering how easy those things are too make with several items you would be fried before you would have a chance to harm someone..... and of course you'd be torn apart and made ready for the sflaming bag of dog doo heap within minutes after the pulse, except for the core processing unit, that I would destroy with a flame.... off about 500 degrees. And seeing as you're a chopper you'd take the damage from the crash too.... Plus hacking you wouldn't be that hard :P))

(Those are some pretty confident words there, better watch your mouth. 1. I probably wouldn't use my helicoptor form in an attack, I would be in robot mode, with feet firmly planted on the ground. 2. Hacking me is harder than hacking US ICBM(nukes) launch codes. 3. My weapons are several times better than earth weapons, and you just try getting close enough to me to use a flamethrower. 4.
