 ^_^  Very very good. I loved it, it told a good story, good character development, delving into psychology.
In short, it is a very good book. I would recommend it to everyone.

You may be able to find an artist in the community or elsewhere who is willing to help you make a cover for the book. Or it may even be a well made investment to pay for a cover. If the artist is well known that would also help advertise for the book.

May I suggest Smashwords?
It should automatically convert your ebook in various formats, including pdf.
Our furry book, "Trap Me!", got converted in less than 10 minutes.  ;)
