So, you know the gaming franchise so let's get to it. I control the actual characters ex. Master Chief unless you get permission.
Hit them with da bruh.
-
((What's allowed? Just Spartans, or are we expanding to the Marines sub-groups, like ODSTs?))
-
Name: Remulus Orion

Backstory: Found by Master Chief on an alien planet having a civil war he was taken in under MC's wing from childhood with MC having intentions of him being the next best
-
(Expanding. Also everyone MC is missing in action cause I want him to have a grand appearance.)
Hit them with da bruh.
-
Remulus walked an unknown planet with his gauntlet on his right hand and Wrexx floating on his left hand. He had just exterminated some aliens that had charged him. He wiped their green blood from his helmet.
Hit them with da bruh.
-

-
(i want to join but making a backstory looks complicated)
-
((Eh, I just threw Ray into New Mombasa, and had him picked up by Dare's squad.))
Ray hit the hatch to his drop pod, and tried anyone on short range radio. "H-Hello? A-Anyone? I'm stuck. My co-ordinates are grid Victor Echo Three Nine, reference map Sierra. Anyone there?"
-
(hmmm...need a good backstory)

(Ah, old characters.... they never get so. -w-)
-
(A backstory isn't required.)
Hit them with da bruh.
-
Ray sighed, and tried to open the hatch to his drop pod. "Y'Think they'd put the hatch on top of the pod!"
-
Name:Sergeant Major Thomas "Bonus" Naismith
Weapons:M935 Designated marksman Rifle, And an M6I PDWS select fire magnum with an extended magazine (it's cannon!)
Service branch: Marines, Orbital Drop Shock Troopers special forces group
MOS(military occupational specialty): 68W, Combat medic
Species:Fennec fox
Armor customizations: he carries a bio foam syringe on his belt, and various other medical supplies in a buttpack. He drew a small Red Cross over on the top right side of his armor.
EDIT: yeah, I need a back-story too.
Backstory:Thomas was born on the planet of essex V, during the Human-covenant war. The planet was invaded and glassed when he was 15, and he barely escaped with his life. His parents, however, were not so lucky. He was rescued by an ODST trooper, and was later raised by a desk clerk on earth, far away from the conflict. When he grew of age to join the UNSC, he did, following after the ODST trooper that rescued him.
((btw, when is this set? is it during the human-covenant war, or after?
-
((Which one is when MC is MIA? MIA=missing in action.))
"Come get some."-Duke Nukem
-
((That's between Three and Four, isn't it? 'Cause he's not in action in Reach, and he's the focus in One and Two.))
-
((I just want to give him the part where the missiles come and he blocks them with a shield then goes on a rampage.☺))
"Come get some."-Duke Nukem
-
((I don't remember that in any of the games. Though, I haven't played them in a while.))
-
((Wasn't it a cutscene? Know what, I know little about Halo and I don't want to keep you guys waiting. Rayleonarde know has control of this RP from here on out
-
((I think I saw the scene you're thinking of in a commercial or something like that. John, or Master Chief, went missing after he fought the Forerunner's on the...pfft...ninth ring? Anyway, should I start now or..?))
-
((The shield thing could really be any time he used a bubble shield, really. And yeah, it's between three and four, I think.
-
((So, is Sierra 117 MIA, or not?))
-
(( he did say so.
-
((Oh! Sorry if I sounded upset. I was almost asleep when I wrote that.))
Ray kicked the hatch of his drop-pod open. "Thank God. Anyone out there!?" He pulled the sniper-rifle from the wall behind where he sat. Ray checked the magazine, and smiled, before picking up the rest of his ammo, and strapping his standard issue M2 Silenced SMG to his hip. "Call out if you're dead!"
-
"I'm dead!" Naismith shouted as the hatch from his SOIEV bursts forth "thank god I landed near someone..." Bonus shuddered, having horrible memories of being trapped, alone, on some backwoods planet. He pulled his fancy new DMR from its magnetic slot in his drop pod, switching his safety off and making a brief sweep for targets. In his holster was an M6I fully autmatic magnum with an extended magazine.
-
Ray smiled. "Good to see you weren't sleeping." He snapped the sniper rifle to his back, and lifted his SMG to his shoulder. "Y'think we're the only two here?" The visor on his helmet lifted, revealing his face.
-
Bonus shrugged, turning off the polarization of his visor to clear, like he liked it "Dunno. Just be glad you landed with the squad doc. If ya get shot I'll be here for ya."
-
Ray smirked. "Look at you, Big Bonus from training. Didn't recognize your voice." He held out his fist, smiling.
-
Naismith smiled, tapping ray's fist with his own (bro fist?) "yeah, hehe... Ray?" He gave a grin, nodding "cos it's sure as hell a bonus to be dropped near me!"
-
Ray smiled. "'Cause I'm the only one that'll put up with you. Come on, let's try and find the others."
((Of course it's a bro-fist. ODST's, if I remember correctly, train together until deployment, and then they're kept in the same squads.))
-
((I'm not sure, the wiki article didn't say much about their training, though we can pretend that, if we want.))
"Screw you, Ray." Bonus said, giving Ray a good push on his chest plate "No biofoam for you!"
-
Ray chuckled. "You wouldn't do that, you love me too much." He smirked, and continued towards the city in the distance. "Let's see if anyone else got deployed out here."
-
"tough love!" he said with a chuckle "imma let you bleed a little. good for your health, studies ahve shown." He gave a grin, sweeping the area with his scope for both contacts and friendlies.
-
Ray sighed. "That uh...friend-or-foe system online yet?" He put his SMG on his hip, and shouldered his sniper rifle, whispering quietly. "Fourteen point five millimeters, armor piercing, fin stabilized sabot. Effective range, twenty-three hundred meters."
-
He gave a tap on the side of his helmet, then to his rifle scope "Yeah... motion tracker reads no identifiable contacts within... twenty five meters; just you and me." He sighed, Mentally going over the logistics of his mission in his head.
-
Ray smiled, and checked the scope of his rifle, which featured a one hundred and twenty-five meter motion tracker. "Yeah...everything's blank. 'Cept for me and you." He looked up, and looked around. "Wonder where the party is?"
-
"don't know... Don't frigging know. Please tell me we didn't land here alone... I'll try the squad comns, see what's up."
He sighed, and then blinked in such a way as to turn on his throat-mic.
"This is Dagger 2 Actual, any other Dagger's respond. repeat, Dagger two Actual, how copy all Daggers?"
-
Ray sighed, and continued walking. "Feels like we're walking into a trap."
-
"godamned..." He sighed, hearing only static "yeah... that's all I can thing of... our comns seem to be jammed, watch out for rebels... the sneaky bastards."
-
Ray smiled. "Sneaky only works when you're still in one piece." He pulled one of the rifle rounds he wore on his shoulder off, and smiled at Bonus. "I don't know if you knew it, but I graduated my sniper class...school...whatever it is."
-
"it's sniper school, ya dolt. And I was a good shot too, else they wouldn't give me a DMR. ya see?" he said, stepping forward, leaves crunching underfoot.
-
Ray smirked, and aped a thick German accent. "I don't care what it was called. All I know is I could hit a Reichmark from two hundred meters, ten for ten." He chuckled, and spun the bullet in his fingers, before strapping it to his shoulder, and keeping his scope to his eyes. "I got nothing on thermal."
-
Bonus chuckled at the little joke, shaking his head "Got nothing on the Mark one eyeball... or mark two in my case, because I got lasik." He let out a brief chuckle, his eyes flitting towards his motion tracker
-
Ray sighed, and relaxed. He idly started whistling Harry Belafonte's Jump in the Line.
-
"Keep heading that way... Base should be about a two click hike from here." He soghed, uneasily scanning the trees. Something just felt... Off.
-
Ray noticed Bonus was uneasy, and decided to follow suit, and began covering angles. "You feeling something?"
-
"Too damn quiet... Not even any birds. Something's off, keep a special eye on that thermal camera." He sighed tempted to scratch at his ears. He always got liel tht before an ambush... A sixth sense of sorts.
((Hmm... Remember our old flood buddies?
-
Ray nodded. "Might be a bad time to tell you the report we had on this planet, right?"
-
"Oh... God." He went, sighing deeply "what, there's some zombie virus or something?"
-
Ray sighed. "Something like that. Have...have you ever seen anything on the Flood?"
-
Bonus bit his lip, fighting back the urge to make an immature joke "no... I haven't, what the hell are they?"
-
Ray sighed. "It's a parasite. I watched some of Sierra One-One-Seven's footage on the first Ring. It's scary shit, Bonus. Just...if their around, watch your back. Switch to motion tracking, too. Thermal doesn't work on these things."
-
"Roger..." He went, his demeanor immediately changing to a more somber one "let's hope we can find someone else on our squad..."
((HINT HINT FOR ANYONE WHO IS READING THIS
-
Ray nodded. "Yeah...watch where you step."
((I don't mind two-person RP's...but I do wish there were more people.))
-
((Me neither. But I would like someone else, maybe the multiple people who made character sheets :/ ))
"Why were we sent here, anyways?" Bonus said with a grunt "cos... I just don't feel right."
-
Ray shrugged. "Force recon. It's bull, but the canopy," With this, he points up at the trees, "was too thick, command wanted boots on the ground."
-
"Yeah... Just burn the stuff, that's what I say." He sighed, chewing at his lip nervously "but then the frigging EPA would come down on our asses... And then there would be even more of those fringing rebels."
-
Ray shrugged. "Yeah...we gotta play the good guys."
-
"And sometimes that's tiri-" he stopped suddenly, raising an arm to signal ray to stop
"Contact....three....small" he signed with his hand
-
Ray nodded, and switched to the submachine gun. He crouched low, and began scanning.
-
Three small, bulbous things with little tiny feelers poked their heads through the grass, and began, through some strange method of locomotion, ambling towards Ray and Bonus
"What...the hell are those?"
-
Ray snapped to the three creatures, and dispatched them quickly and quietly. He turned to Bonus. "We gotta tell command."
-
"Be my guest." Bonus said "since you seem to know more about these things anyways." He sighed, scanning the trees, a special eye on his motion detector
-
Ray went for his radio, and swore. "We're being jammed."
-
Bonus smirked, clearly visible through his clear visor "we were being jammed earlier, what'd you expect? but A plus for trying."
-
(Hey! I might join, but I'm a bit rusty I haven't played halo in forever Ima think it through)
~bow down to your glorious sergal~
-
((I hope you do, Z.))
Ray sighed. "Shush...dammit, we gotta find that jammer." He closed his eyes, and groaned, looking up at the sky. "Just...keep your head on a swivel. Hopefully the Say My Name will hear us, and we can nuke this area. Or, send in Hellbringers, Spartans...anything." Ray shook his head. "Flood's scary shit, man."
-
"Yeah... But that's not likely to happen until we take out that jammer... We're lucky TEAMCOM works." He paused a moment, thinking "well, the rebels were here, right? Then that means the jammer is probably in their camp. You see anything on the drop down?"
-
Ray nodded. "There was a small industrial complex. The rebels're probably set up there." He sighed. "It's like a five mile walk."
-
"ugh..." bonus went with a sigh "wish they dropped a 'hog along with us... I hate walking." he shook his head, grunting angrily. But he was a soldier. and he would soldier on. at the very least, he would head to that complex and take out the jammer. Get a message to the say my name. Or, the rebels would be taken over by those things. From what ray said of them, he wasn't sure which would be worse.
-
Ray sighed, and started walking. "Though the rebels are a nuisance, I'd rather fight them than the Flood." He shook his head. "We aren't equipped for this."
-
"With just the two of us? I'd rather not fight either." He sighed, shaking his head and preparing for a long trip.

(Hey hope you don't mind if I join. I'm using Lennox but not with his magic powers for once. I just have to many character to keep track of right now.) X3
Name: Lennox Garrison
Gender: Male
Age: 17
Species: Eevee
Weapons: a Shotgun, a magnum and a few homemade grenades. Also has still has his Pokefur moves but are less powerful do to not having magic. (Agility, Shadow Ball, Double team, and quick attack.)
Appearance: A black furred eevee that has red eyes and shoulder length hair that covers his right eye. He wears a cargo vest over a white shirt and and black cargo pants, and has a soothe bell collar that he never takes off.
Background: Lennox joined the rebels after a group of military soldiers destroyed his home village after it was suspected for being a rebel base. He escaped but only barely and still holds a grudge, however things have recently gone from bad to worse as the Flood has invaded (which means he's on whatever planet you guys are on). He was guarding a bunker that the rebels had captured when he heard screams in the distance. He was just barely able to lockdown the bunker before flood came pouring out of the woods. Now he's stuck with limited ammunitions, food, water, and other supplies and will probably die...unless he can get to the rebel ship.
(Everything check out or should i change something.)
-
((it's good! I like it. Though there is no real De facto group in halo. The largest "innie" group is probably the the United rebel Front. also, I'd recommend slimming it down to a primary and a pistol, I'm speaking out of experience here.))
-
(i just remeber there being a civil war or something before the war with the covenant. The rebels i was talking about was supposed to be what the UNSC fought before the covenat. so i will fix those things.)
-
((there was still rebels even while the UNSC was fighting the covenant too. They didn't give up, they were probably happy something came along to annihilate the UNSC!
-
(then that's the group Lennox is in. I will post my introduction soon)
-
((you could make your own group if ya want, there's plenty of em! but, I'm not forcing you, it's YOUR character. but yeah! look forward to seeing ya!
-
Ray walked along, a little on edge. "No long firefights. If we get caught out, run."
-
Further ahead, Lennox was looking at his motion tracker in the bunker he had managed to Lockdown to keep the flood out. His two fox friends Ellis and Nick who were both wearing red shirts and cargo pants were packing three bags full of supplies.
"The motion tracker says it all clear. Are those bags packed?" Lennox said knowing this was the chance they were looking for.
"They're all packed. Are you sure we will make it? What if they catch us?" Ellis said scared of what might happen.
"If we keep running we should get to the ship. There's nothing to worry about Ellis." Nick said sure of himself.
"That's right. The ship should be in good enough shape to get us to the next planet. Now get your guns, we're about to this plan into action." Lennox grabbed his shotgun and turned off the safety on his magnum. Nick and Ellis both grabbed assault rifles and they all gathered at the exit.
"Ready...1...2..." Lennox started counting as he was holding his finger over the button that opened the door.
(To be continued cause the next post is long.)
-
"Yeah...." Bonus said with a sigh, branches cracking underfoot as he walked the long distance "I hope the rebels are gone, I sure as hell do. But I hope our flood buddies are gone too."
-
Ray sighed. "They never leave. At least, not all the way." He looked around. "There's always something of them."
-
"...1!" Lennox said as the door opened and the three ran for the hanger.
"Oh god...they're coming!" Ellia cried as the motion trackers began showing a mass of red coming from behind. Looking over their shoulders they could see a swarm of the things coming over the top of the bunker and the surrounding forest. The infected were leaping down the branches and evolved flood leaped from tree branch to tree as they began catching up to them.
"Keep running and shoot!" Nick said and fired his assault rifle into the mass of flood. Lennox pulled one of his grenades and tossed it over his shoulders. Body parts and green blood went every which way but they still kept coming. One of larger evolved leaped from one the trees on top of Nick, holding his him to the ground. Lennox pulled his magnum and shot Nick in the head.
"What are you doing!? We could have saved him!" Ellis screamed. A parasite climbed into Nicks body and he became one of them.
"Just keep running, his death would have been way more painful if we let him live!" Lennox said as they both kept running. Another evolved began growing and morphing until it became covered in spikes.
"Duck!" Lennox cried as spikes came flying at them. Ellis didn't react fast enough and spike went right through his head and he collasped.
"No Ellis!" Tears ran down his face as he knew he was the only one left. He kept running but still saw Ellis get infected.
"I gotta go faster. Agility!" Lenmox used his natural move to run faster and kept using it until he started to outrun the horde. Whenever an infected got in his way, he blast them to pieces with his shotgun.
"Almost there i can feel it." Lennox kept running and eventually broke the tree line, only to see that he had just run off the edge of a cliff.
"No! Noooo!!!" Lennox cried as he fell. He fell into another part of a forest, hitting bramch after branch, which broke the fall tremendously until finally he landed at the feet of Ray and Bonus.
-
"Well... Hopefully we can fight them. Or something. I dunno. I just wanna not die... Especially if I don't beco-"
He was interrupted by a tremendous crash up above him, and then a few moments later, his tracker read movement, a red triangle (all unaligned contacts were to be assumed hostile, thusly, all contacts not marked yellow would be marked red) . The triangle meant that he was above them... In the trees!
"Up in the trees!" bonus hissed, his rifle aimed at where he assumed the contact to be. Then, he saw their contact falling through the trees.
And then he landed at their feet.
"Hands!" He shouted, unconsciously polarizing his visor so that the innie couldn't see his face
"I wanna see your hands!"
Hopefully, faced with two of the UNSC's best sans Spartans, he would freeze.
-
"What...?" Lennox said a little stunned from falling. He looked up and saw two UNSC spartans pointing guns at him.
"Well crap." Lennox showed his hands from the ground and didn't even consider going for his shotgun.
-
((Not Spartans, ODST :p sans = barring =not ))
He grinned "that's right, ya innie bastard. Stay where you are and this will only be slightly unpleasant."
He gave him a prod with the barrel of his rifle
"Up. Now, I wanna know what you were planning, innie."
-
(Then say ODST, when you say Spartans at all I think otherwise. By the way did you get why Ellis and Nick were wearing red shirts?)
"Surviving, what do you think? Don't you know what's on this planet?" Lennox growled but got to his feet with his hands raised.
-
Ray sighed. "We knew a while back. Where's the jammer?" He had shouldered his sniper rifle, and had it leveled at the rebel's chest.
-
"If your going to shoot me i have only one request...get my body out of here. I don't want to become one of those...things." Lennox said and recalled what he had seen. "Poor Ellis..."
-
"We won't shoot ya if you tell us where the radio jammer is. Cos we need to contact the say my name up in orbit. Then, we'll take ya prisoner, and hand you over to the spooks at ONI. Got that?"
-
"Pfft figures that's all you care about...I don't think you'll ever get to it though. It's at the bunker we were guarding but the place was crawling with flood last time i checked. I barely got out of there alive but Ellis and Nick weren't so lucky..."
-
"Well... We have to go back there. Your ship will be shot down, if we so much as try and take off. And we can't contact the say my name cos of your jammer... So it seems to me that that's our only option. May not be pleasant but it is."
-
Ray sighed. "Out of the frying pan..." He shook his head, and holstered his sniper, switching over to his SMG. "Besides, if I shot you with Ma Deuce, there wouldn't be enough of you to move." Ray smiled, and started towards the bunker.
((Also, just finished Spec Ops: The Line. My head hurts, my feelings hurt...it's a good shooter.))
-
((Also, just finished Spec Ops: The Line. My head hurts, my feelings hurt...it's a good shooter.))
((Gentlemen... Welcome to Dubai.))
Bonus gave the insurgent a push with his rifle "C'mon, move."
-
"Wow I'm not going back there unarmed. You let me have my shotgun or you can just shoot me now cause I'll be dead in seconds going back there."
-
"You'll get it back when we get there. I don't trust you, and it seems to me that you don't have much of an option either way. Or, we could kneecap you and use you as bait. Your choice." He grinned, his face shrouded by the tinted glass of his black helmet
-
Ray approached the bunker door. "Bonus, stay out here with him. I'm going in." He leaned the sniper rifle against the wall, before pulling the door open, slowly.
-
"The controls are a bit deeper in." Lennox said as he checked the ceiling for anything that was clinging there.
-
Ray moved Lennox outside. "Stay put. Less people draws less attention, just stay out here, and shut up."
-
When they were out of ear shot Lennox muttered to himself. "This is one of the reason's i hate the UNSC. Don't trust anyone."
-
Ray placed Bonus outside the door. "If anything happens, keep this door locked."
-
Bonus nodded, sighing "just do me a favor and gurgle at me over TEAMCOM if one of those things gets ya, copy?"
-
Ray chuckled. "Of course." He stepped into the bunker, and looked around. After a few moments, a flashlight on the side of his helmet clicked on.
