Hello all! Thought that its been a while since I've made an rp or a post at all actually, so any who. I've been playing Americas number one rage game a lot lately aka Dark Souls, and I thought we could have our own little fur version here. If you don't know dark souls very well or at all then I don't really think this rp is for you, of course if you're still interested you can Google the basics and try to learn!
Rules:
All furs start out in one huge cell at the infamous, "Undead Asylum"
Naturally all furs are hollow
You are allowed one humanity at the beginning, otherwise you must acquire them through defeating bosses and stealing from others
You can fight each other, but no god moding
Please do not involve legendary weapons
You start out with your basic armor, shield, and blade but class specific items must be found naturally I'm afraid, but no finding it as soon as you can
Dying is the same, you respawn at last bonfire and can reacquire your lost things via bloodstains
Anything I missed or any other questions you have you can ask me

-
((It really doesn't matter to me haha so we can start now))
He sat against the dungeon wall, he stared it the floor just thinking, his hollow body lithe, even for a hollow, he looked small and frail, he lifted his head from his daze and started to wander about the large cell
-
Ray sat against the wall near Aiden's cell, and surprisingly wasn't hollowed. The purple raccoon looked about groggily. "Nng...Must've hit my head."
-
Aiden's ears perked, he padded to the source of the voice
-
Ray heard someone walking about, and turned. He spotted Aiden, and smiled. "Oh, hello."
-
He gave a small wave with his hollowed hand, his fur was lacking in his undead form.... As well as his vocal response, he looked to be just a young pup
-
Ray chuckled quietly. "Seems you've gotten yourself into quiet the predicament. Give me a moment, I'll get the key and let you out." He stood with a groan, and wandered away, a broken broadsword in paw.
-
He shook his head and pointed to a nearby dead body then held up a key
-
Ray turned, and blinked. "Oh...right, well give it here, then, and I'll let you out." He approached Aiden, and extended a paw. "I promise."
-
He wags and looks at the paw, without hesitating he drops it into your law
-
Ray smiled. "Trust is the first step to friendship." He unlocked the door, and pulled it open. "Alright, come on out."
-
He smiled and grabbed Ray's paw as he made his way out
-
Ray chuckled. "Friendly one, aren't you." Ray thought a moment, before withdrawing the black, glowing mass known as a Humanity. He handed it to Aiden, still smiling. "Better two living than one, right?"
-
He shook his head and gave it back, then tugged him down the long hallway filled with delirious, docile hollows
-
Ray blinked, and placed the Humanity back in his pack. He followed along, confused. "Where are you leading me, friend?"
-
He kept pulling him until he spotted a ladder then climbed up, once he reached the top he poked his head out from over the edge and beckoned ray
-
Ray started up the ladder, slowly. "Hold fast, friend! We need to stick together!"
-
His ears twitched as he pulled his head back and sits tracing shapes into the dust covered floor
-
Ray reached the top of the ladder, and stepped onto the floor beside Aiden. "Alright, friend. Where are we off to?"
-
He jumped up and scuttled to a small courtyard with stairs leading up to a large door, a strange rod stuck up from a pile of ash on the ground, he walked around it and blinked
-
Ray stepped up to the pile. "I think..." He placed his paw on the staff, and the pile burst into flame. "Ah, there we are." Ray smiled, and sat. "Makes me feel at home, safe."
-
Aiden stared at the flame for a moment then looked to the large doors at the top of the nearby steps, he pointed to it
-
Ray looked at the doors. "Hm...let's see what's in there." He stood. "Stay here, friend, I'll investigate."
-
He stood at the bottom of the stairs, his ears twitched again
-
Ray placed his paws on the door, and struggled to push it open.
-
Aiden watched curiously, his ears kept twitching, he ran up the steps and began helping ray to push
-
Ray grit his teeth and pushed hard. "Move you damned thing!"
-
Aiden felt the door rumble as it moved against the stone ground, he pushed more letting out a small croaky grunt
-
Ray pushed hard, hoping to throw the door open.
-
The door slowly opened, soon aiden fell forward as it swung open suddenly
-
Ray stumbled forward slightly, but quickly caught himself, albeit clumsily.
-
Aiden stood up and brushed himself off, he looked around the strange area, two large doors at the other end
-
Ray looked about, sword in paw. "Something feels off here."
-
Aiden flattened his ears and grabbed Ray's paw, his tail tucked
-
Ray blinked, and turned. "What's wrong, friend?"
-
A mechanism sounded off at a far end of the area, then wing flaps could be heard, Aiden tried to tug Ray to the side but to no avail, soon the ground shook as a large, and ugly looking dragon-like creature stood before them
-
Ray blinked, and took a step back. "By the Gods, look at the size of that thing!" He readied his shield, but surveyed the arena, looking for a way out.
-
Aiden kept pulling ray to the far wall
-
Ray let himself get pulled along, but kept his eyes on the monster. "Whatever you're planning friend, it better be quick and smart. We can't fight this thing with what we've got."
-
He wailed with his messed up voice and eventually pulled him enough to see the open door
-
Ray blinked, and nodded. "Right." He started off towards the door, keeping pace with Aiden.
-
As they passed through the cage door shut behind the two, Aiden blinks and starts to walk around the corner
-
Ray followed along slowly, gripping the hilt of his broken sword tightly.
-
Aiden saw what looked to be a furthered hollow, the next thing he saw was an arrow coming at him, he stood frozen in fear
-
Ray stepped out in front of Aiden, and turned to face him. Ray braced for the arrow, hoping his armor would leave him only hurt, and not dead.
-
The arrow pierced his armor but didn't hit skin, it stopped just before it could
-
Ray moved Aiden to the doorway, out of the archer's sight, and started towards the archer, sword in paw.
-
*walks in and brushes white hair out of purple eyes* H-hello?
-
Ray drove the shattered blade of his sword into the archer, and then pushed their corpse from himself. He looked over at the newcomer and smiled. "Hello there. Dangerous place to be sneaking up on people." Ray looked about, before speaking again. "Are you armed?"
((Kitty, you may want to make a character sheet. It keeps things organized.))
-
Aiden saw a small little wooden stick, he blinked and went to pick it up
-
Ray placed a paw on Aiden's shoulder. "You'll want something better than that, friend. Perhaps the archer has left you a weapon?"
-
He blinks, then looks at it, he thought it may have been something, but he was wrong, it was ordinary stick, he drops it and goes rummaging through the archers belongings, he finds a rusty old dagger
-
Ray smiled. "It's a start, but I don't think that thing in the other room will take kindly to that."
-
He wags and strikes a pose with his new found weapon
-
Ray smiled, and nodded. "Good. I hope you don't need to use it." He started to look for his own weapon.
