Hey all!
September is nearly upon us, and with that comes the beginning of the school year for a lot of people. Given how school can be stressful or amazing, depending on your take on it, it might be handy to have a place to discuss it!
I'm back at school this coming week and am really looking forward to being surrounded by math all day every day. I've been pretty busy over the summer with a student research project and with all sorts of other stuff, but I think school might actually be kind of relaxing for me since I love walking around campus and doing calculus problems for hours. I have three classes, I'm sitting in on a fourth for fun (abstract algebra; sounds like a blast), and I'm a TA for a fifth, so I should definitely be busy this coming semester!
Is anybody else here looking forward to or dreading school, or is anybody already taking classes for the year?

I'm not taking classes, but I work at a school so that kinda counts I think!
I'm actually really excited for the new school year. Last year was a major cluster and there were a lot of heavy hits for our district, so I'm hoping this year goes at least a little bit smoother. But there's a bunch of construction that's going on so a lot of things are gonna be a bit disconfigured in the building for awhile.

Ah nooooo I dont want to think about school. I start on the 6th :( I'll be going into my second year of 3 year program at a college Im currently taking after I graduated university and getting a job I didn't like in the field I thought I enjoyed.
I was fooled after I graduated university. I thought I would never need to face another exam or group assignment ever again. 1 year passed and I find myself right back in another school to learn for new work.
2 more years and Im never going back for sure lol

I've been going to school since August 4th. It's my senior year and it is so boring. All my friends are gone and all my classes are really easy. I sleep in 5/7 of my classes. Sometimes more

School I can take or leave. I don't mind going but there's somewhere I'd always rather be. Everyone knows to stay away from me, so things seem good this year.

Well this is going to be 12th grade for me and I'm pretty excited to wrap HS up. I have plans to get into game design and possibly a YouTube channel as a hobby once I graduate. And if that doesn't work then I can go become a doctor idk.
Also I'm very much scared to be in school because there is this girl I like and I get nervous (like deadly nervous) around her ;w;
