TFF and what it means to me
« on: June 27, 2010, 05:37:18 AM »
Ok first things first, sorry if this is the wrong section.

For those of you who don't know me I am Kindran Lucian Ornitier, I am your resident Vampyre Kitteh, giver of limongocolachookies, and friend to all newbies and newfurs.

I first was introduced to the fandom by my absolute best  friend Kayle, we got our start on the site furtopia, an art heavy forum where we met our first real friends in the fandom. Around my birthday I found out that I belonged in the fandom as well. That I could be accepted and loved. A few months later in April we found this forum, a fun place for all furs with a balance in boards and rps. I came here out of curiosity because Kayle seemed to click here. Soon after I hounded I made some of the best friends I will ever have.Tyla, Gabag, grimsy (now kazu), chrono, Phoenix (now Aleena I think), and many others. Thanks to friendly moderators and a loving community I have made a home here, I absolutely am in debt of Maxis and Tweak for creating this site. Without it I may very well not be here as, even though you might not have known it, you all saved me several times. I found a family here and am always accepting new members to add to it and spread words of welcome to newbies. This forum led
me to love as well but that is a different topic entirely. It showed me my passions for djing poetry and poi spinning.

I love you all so much. Thank you for all you have done for me and all you have given me, I can only hope that I can pay it all back one day. *wipes a tear from my eye*
RIP Patchy 08/96 - 29/01/10

Kindran,  i havn't been in here nearly as long as you have, but have come to realise being a furry is being accepted... This is the first and only furry forum i belong to and one of the best there is i'm sure... you're all family here no matter who you are and when i first joined up i was overwhelmed by the welcomes..  I share your feelings of love for the forums as they are now an unforgettable part of my life. I have to thank my best friend Nyy for showing this to me... if not for her i'd feel like crap all the time... i met people on here that are now apart of my life, for the better, and I can now love and be loved... all thanks to this site... I hope to be apart of it for as long as i can... it's mostly been apart of my life for 6 or 7 months and I, like Kindran, found love.. hehe... and i owe all thankyou's to the fandom.

and we love you too Kindran... *hugs tightly and nuzzles*

First things First, that was heart warming, it really was. I think my heart cried a little

Secondly: I find it very nice that I'm considered one of your best friends, ahhh the good times we had back in the day.
Clash of the Gods was fun......

Thirdly: Whatever happened to Kayle? Did he move on or did he drop out of contact or what? (sorry if it gets personal but he was a great amigo)

I'm glad and honored to be one of those first friends Kindran, and to have helped you get integrated in this big ol' wacky family we call The Furry Forums.

Yeah, I understand. I really feel better ever since I discovered this place. It's really awesome that I found so many awesome people and the small size of the community makes it amazing.

*ponders* I think I fit in this community easier than most that I have joined, I mean, who doesn't know Snow hahaha. I have always loved coming on here and getting into a conversation with someone and just mess around. There also I a lot of great people on this site, I really cant say that I have ever had any problems with anyone. Well what I am saying is that I think that this is a great site to meet other furries and I really like it here.
