I found this a long time ago & have made them quite often.
Ingredients: 1 egg, 1c granulated sugar, 1c peanutbutter
mix the egg & sugar together until pasty, stir in peanutbutter (itll look like choopy cheap peanutbutter when done)
put in preheated oven at 350f for 15-20mins on top rack. makes 12 cookies
the cooking time varies insanely for me. i burnt the batch after 10mins & tried again but they were undercooked after 18mins. when they start to look like cookies just take them out it usually means theyre done.
