They're known as regular pancakes in Norway.
4 eggs
1.2 cups of flour
1.5 teaspoon salt
2.1 cups of milk
Optional:
1-3 teaspoons of sugar
OR
Handful of raisins/other dried fruit/nuts
Stir the dries, then add the wets, preferably let it sit for 30 minutes before having it in the pan. Try making them as thin as possible and turn them once they're firm enough to not break.
Can be served with bacon, sugar, jam, chocolate syrup, fruits, whatever you want. These are also great for soups like tomato soup if you don't add the sugar.
Pro tip #1:
Try using whole-grain/oatmeal instead of normal flour for a richer taste. You won't also have to eat a ton to get full. Though make sure the batter doesn't get too thick.
Pro tip #2:
Food dye. Yessir.
