Ramen Recipes?
« on: June 03, 2015, 12:13:25 AM »
Hey, everyone!

So I'm sure there's a lot of us on here who eat instant Ramen noodles all the time, be it because we're college students, lazy, or just can't cook to save our lives.  XD  But, I have a question: How do you guys spice it up? My favorite Ramen recipe is:

1 pack of Ramen
A little bit of kale
1 Egg (You can boil it and cut it up or just empty it into the boiling water)
A few slices of cut-up bacon
A dash of garlic powder
Out of anger comes controversy, out of controversy comes conversation, out of conversation comes action.

Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will make me think I deserved it.

Razot ' Ramen

1 egg
Flour
Salt

-whisk up your egg until it's smooth
-mix in a pinch of salt
-slowly add flour until it forms a dough
-mix with your hands and add flour until it's not sticky anymore
-roll into a ball and wrap in clingfilm and allow to sit for 30 mins
-roll out to as thick as you want the ramen to be with a rolling pin and flour both sides so it can't stick.
-fold it over its self and then again, making sure it doesn't stick to itself.
-cut into noodles and then put straight into boiling water for 3 mins
-strain and serve your ramen with topping of choice.

I personally recommend poaching fish and spinach in tea and serving it with the ramen in its liquid.
