Favorite greek gods? (or favorite god from any pantheon)

I dunno im just curious who most people like,personally my favorites (from any panteons) are: helios, amaterasu, Eros, Loki (the Norse trickster god, not the Marvel one), and Pele (the Hawaiian god of fire)
What about you guys?

My favorite Greek god is Zeus, because he defeated all of the Titans!

I've always loved Bastet and Artemis. More recently I've become fond of Aphrodite (what can I say; I fell in love (go figure) and have her to thank). I've been looking into the Celtic pantheon more, but haven't found anyone I really connect to very well (though some of them are interesting!). The stories of Pele, Ishtar, and Persephone are cool too!

yeah, celtic seems cool,
only i heard that most of the god based myths were destroyed from when Ireland was taken of by Christianity, makes it hard to learn about them

Based on what I’ve read in Victoria Schmidt’s guide to writing characters, 45 Master Characters, I’d have to say I see myself mostly in Hades or Poseiden. Hades, as described by Schmidt, is the lone wolf. I myself don’t get out much and spend more time working on my personal projects than in social groups. Poseiden is the archetype for men who speak the language of emotion, although anger is the only emotion considered manly, at least by their peer group. I grew up around people who stifled me emotionally, so my behavior around other people is rather erratic and exagerrated. So… anybody know any good books featuring one of these two? Tried to read the Illiad and it put me to sleep.

I recommend watching overly sarcastic productions, they summarize myths and have cute little drawings to it. (they don't mention posioden much tho)

Dionysus, The god of wine. He's a rather fun bloke, loves partying and sex. Going by the myths he is bisexual.

Set, the Egyptian god of Chaos, Storms, and the desert. A naughty boy who did naughty things like kill Osiris.

Tu'er Shen, The Chinese god of homosexuality. He was said to be once a man but was caught watching an officer undress, when he confessed that he had an attraction to men he was killed. The gods took pity on him and made him the guardian of gay people. Also he's a rabbit.

huh, never know chineese myths had a god of gay people.
never new much about set either.

I like Epona, the ancient protector goddess of horses and riders. As well as some other things.
At least the more romanticized image of her depicts  her as this very humble goddess who was happy with just getting offerings of roses and rose petals and people just making tiny shrines to her in stables.
Apparently she was a pretty popular goddess back in her days, as even Romans started worshipping her.

My favorite has to be Yig the father of serpents. (An elder good from the lovecraftian pantheon. He protects snakes. And anyone who harms one of his "children" will either be killed or turned into one.)

My fav gods would be Loki and Hera for the chaos support as well the lord and lady of the wiccan as I'm also a Wiccan.

In all, I believes in equality such as man and woman and chaos. Most people see Chaos as disorders but I see it as a equal in the balance. Chaos is 50-50 of either good or bad would happen. If I go with order then where the balance as if too much order then fight would happen as too many rule would over layer onto each other. But in Chaos, either the strongest, fastest, or just luckest win and balance even it out.

I'm very chaos base in everything I do and in a person. Even I may be a wild person, I very calm and peace with myself and my friend all have say that I also nicest person. So just because Chaos base people and god is wild or seem harmful but in really, we all just keeping the balance of good and evil.
