Flexibility

Are you flexible at all? What all are you able to do? Can you do full splits, or put your legs behind your head? Or contortion, gymnastics, etc.

For me, though, I'm not the least bit flexible at all. I don't think I ever have been. I can't even touch my toes. But this is all mainly just because I never stretch or exercise at all.

well I can do a full on hitchiker's thumb, but that's about it.
(I can bend my thumb at about 90 degrees, without hurting myself)

I'm about as flexible as a carrot. Except my thumbs which can do a right angle.

I can do a split and pull both legs and tuck them behind my head. If I had a bit of more arm strength I think I could walk on my hands while doing that. I can lift myself in that pose, but walking hurts my hands.
