The Flag Quiz

  just a little fun guessing game: which flag is it? This topic might be increeeeadibly easy and mundane or a fun little thing to try your worldly knowledge in.

The rules are simple: no looking up things! (I see that cheeky google tab there  ) I'll try and always reveal within a day or so.

Anyway, first flag... ehm... I hope attachments work for this. If there's a better way with [img] ^^; please do tell my dumb-butt how.


For Firox: horizontal tricolour of yellow, blue and red. The yellow stripe takes up half of the flag and the blue and red take up a quarter each

Alright  our next flag is a personal favourite of mine. It consist of a red disk on a dark green banner, the red disk is offset slightly toward the hoist.

Description, sounds like Bangladesh.

Thanks for joining in you two! Next flag is one I always thought depicted a rooster up until now 

The Internet, and as we all know it would never lie, informs me that it depicts: six equal horizontal bands of black  yellow, red, black, yellow, and red. A white disc is superimposed at the centre and depicts the national symbol, a grey crowned crane, facing the hoist's side.

Might be a bit unfair, as I'm a geography nerd, so with simple  description, I pretty much know them all.

Might have to think of ways to make it more challanging for you Firox  how about this one: four horizontal stripes. Colours from top to bottom are: yellow, white purple and black

According to Wikipedia, the yellow stripe represents people outside of the cisgender binary, the white stripe represents people with multiple genders, the purple stripe represents people who identify as a blend of male and female and the black stripe represents agender people.

Alright, here's a rarer one for you my friends  a white cross on a black background. The cross is not diagonal.

I believe its the flag of COrnish group, but I could be mistaken.  If I could only see the image it might be easier.

I'm able to make descriptions on some, but can't see image to copy it, so I would miss out on that, if it's alright too.

Haha! Finally got you Firox  it's the Saint Piran's Flag! Which is also known as the Flag of Cornwall, the Cornish flag one could.... s... say....

I see we have a crowd of experts here, hmm~ what am I gonna do about this? Perhaps this one is less immediately clear! A horizontal tricolour of red, yellow and green with a black star in the centre.
