I have had extreme difficulties with centering text without the Toggle button.
Such as the text not being centered when posting (even though preview would show it being centered), extra lines being added, or lines removed, etc.
So I would go into Toggle view, but here are issues as well: You can see when you write the post when you put in the center tags. However, if at any point in time you'd want to edit that post and go to Toggle view (considering tiny text might happen) the center tags have vanished
