My Poems/Songs
« on: July 07, 2010, 07:02:25 AM »
Yeah new to this all but feel like sharing what I've managed to write up so far ^^

The Howl of the Wolf

The howl of the wolf.
A mournful cry.
Is he lamenting times gone by?

Of times of old,
when there was not an impurity in river or stream.
When each force of the earth,
was a tale to be told.

How the forests were so vast,
that unbreakable realm were hidden secrets lie.
though now we wonder how long they will live on...
but the wonder will never die.

The lone wolf gives a call to the skies above,
striking into heart fear, wonder...and love.

Mistress of the night

I lay awaiting you,
my mistress of the night.
Veiled in mystery you come,
and each night I am yours to take.

Drink deep,
drink deep...my love.
Swallow my crimson
and enslave my soul.

That fateful first night
I lost myself to you,
none can be like you...
The seductress in black leather,
the devil with the deadly grin
...my vampire...

Tonight at the sight of your bloody lips,
I shall follow you into a new life
and join you in eternity,
my mistress of the night...

And I'll keep this updated, let me know what you think ;)

a high tree, soaked with shing loam;
from there come the dews which fall in the valley,
ever green, it stands over the well of fate."

Something about you

There's something about you behind those eyes
something about you which makes my heart race
something about you that makes my soul scream out when you're near
something about you has me think of nothing else

How do you do this to me?
why am I so captivated?
why do I ache for more?
it must be something about you...
