Vladnir’s speech to the rebel Frindorians on Frindor, the idle planet.
I have not been here long, but from my short time on Frindor I have seen love and peace like no other place. It is for these reasons that I stand before you today.
For those that know not of me, my name is Vladnir and I was a prisoner aboard the Denipius space prison for 15 years. I know many of you believe I am the reason why the space prison nears Frindor but all I know is that the Denipius prison ship was already heading here.
I believe a civilisation this rare should have a warning.
I believe a civilisation this rare deserves a chance.
I believe that I am that chance.
I once was a leader of a few, now I wish to be the leader of so many.
I stood for freedom and fought for equality and I searched for a pure civilisation, these are the reasons for my imprisonment.
Now I stand with you, for you. For I have stopped searching and find myself needed.
I will fight to the death knowing that I finally found what I was searching for.
I will fight to the death knowing I have protected what is true in my heart and true in yours.
They will attack from all directions and use all manners of warfare.
But we have the righteous cause, we have belief.
The Denipious have sent their pet, the Devourer of Worlds, and it will show no mercy, it will kill all and leave nothing.
The one thing we have that they no longer have is the element of surprise, we should use this against them.
They believe you are few and far between, they believe you’re helpless, but most of all they believe you are unprepared.
This will be their downfall.
So will you stand up and fight?
We may be the few against the many but we will fight for every grain of sand and every drop of water.
Generations from now will know that every last man, women and child gave their last breath to defend their home in the face of impossible odds.
We will be remembered!
