New to the neighborhood

After finally getting everything into his new apartment, Leon looks out and takes a deep breath.
"Today is the first day of the rest of my life." Looks out from the 3rd story apartment balcony, and gets himself ready to make new friends, and maybe find the girl.

Leon is unpacking is finishing his room when he hears the door bell ring. "Now who could that be?" He opens the front door and sees a fox standing outside his front door with a pie. "Oh, hello."

Luke made his way down to check hi mail. as he walked passed his new neighbor's flat, he noticed Colin talking to him. Luke looked at both of them icily, then continued walking. (just to add some color to the story. ^w^)

Zam, A Chubby cat Who lived on the 1st floor  needed to collect rent for the owner from some tenants he had gotten to floor 3 and noticed A new tenant, "hey. Are you new here." As Zam thought of making a new friend
