Karmaic Lounge

[Frost]

Built from the remains of an old burnt down  tea shop,  the Karmaic lounge is a large compound filled with multiple rooms all converging on a single commons area with tables, chairs and a working kitchen. The owner of the joint looks upon his creation and streaches exaustedly, "Whew, well it took some time old girl but you're looking better than you ever did!"

Nixon peeks though the front door..."wow this place is as big as a convention center! Hello!? Is anyone home? I was supposed to meet the man in charge.

[Frost]

The owner, A Kitsune named Skyerus, poofs in, in a puff of mist.
"Howdy, sorry about the wait, just making sure everything was in working order. What can I do you for?".
The Kitsune smiles warmly as he straightens his suit-coat.

[nixon/monto]

(Nixon flinches at his sudden apperance and catches his breath.) "well I work for people that start up new conventions, restraunts, and stores. So what do you intended on using this building for?"

[Frost]

Skye Scratches his head trying to think how to put it. "Well i'll put it this way,  mix college dorms with the commons add a cafe and then separate up the remaining rooms for hobbies and clubs. and that sir, is what we are trying to do here"

[nixon/monto]

(Nixon is now leaning on the door way.) sounds like fun. I might know some people that might be able to help if you need anything. Like advertising or a building wifi device. Anything.

[Frost]

Skye nods and smiles.
"I have networking covered, thank you, but in advertising i do suppose I am lacking."

[nixon/monto]

Alright sweet, oh and we will work for free "all you cotta pay us with is food," let me make some phone calls and ill be right back, k?

[Frost]

He nods. "alrighty"

[nixon/monto]

(Nixon steps out side and calls up his friend Robby.) "heeeey!! Robbyyy! I got us a job...yeah advertising...he plans on using it for like a collage lounge like thing, what do you say?...alright I'll text you the location and be here when you can, his name is...well he didnt tell me his name but ill tell you once I learn...yeah alright listen bud I got another phone call to make see you when you get here. (Nixon hangs up and calls another number titled "boss".) "hey boss I found you a location...no it's not a sandwich shop like last time it's a college lounge...yeah I can get the money and equipment...no the owner doesn't know and because if anything goes wrong we can put all the blame and evidence point toward him. Tonight! No I can't. In two days it will ready for arrival. Alright bye.(Nixon hangs up his phone and walks back to the door for he had walked a little ways away.) alright he will be here in 1 hour or 1hour and 30 minutes. He's just gonna get a game plan down so he can see what he's gota do.

[Frost]

Skye smiles kindly.
"You know, I could do with some tea, care to join me?"

Skye grins mischievously, "Ah!, yes this shall do nicely for our guest."
Skye then brews himself a cup of earl grey and mixes the odd liquid from the bottle in with some hot water, watering it down.

"We'll what kind of wine is that? Special?"

[Frost]

"It's one of the few remaining bottles of a renowned tea, brewed by the wolf who owned a shop on the very spot we stand. As my first guest I would be offended if  you did  not have a bit" Sky adjust's his glasses smiling, before he holds out the tea cup on a saucer.
