After the planet was devastated by a mystic comet, furrykind was thrown into a post-apocalyptic world. However, the power that came from the comet, called Vita, cause a number of anomalies to occur. Floating landmasses, tares to other dimensions, strang creatures, Earth would be changed forever. The Vita that came from the comet also empowered certain furries with strange and powerful abilities. To protect weaker furries from this cruel world, a powerful, peace keeping organization known as The Claws of Liberty established a sanctuary of peace where furries may live their normal lives without fear. The stronger Vita users in the sanctuary are tasked in protecting it from outside threats. Are you ready to test your furry's might?

In this RP, players will play as a Vita user who is helping in protecting the sanctuary from threats.

Rules:
*Powers and guns are absolutely allowed, but please don't dominated everyone else by god modding.
*Sexual interaction is only allowed through PM.
*Since this is an anime inspired RP, players are bound to survive from planet shattering blows and giant mega beams. However, please keep the violence to a PG 13 level.
*You may have three characters (not all of them need to be Vita users  )

Vita Type: Kinetic Vita - Allows Kyle to absorb kinetic energy and then release it from his body for combat purposes.

Techniques:

*Kinetic Punch: Kyle channels kinetic energy into one of his fists and then releases it through a powerful punch.

*Kinetic Axe: Kyle channels kinetic energy into one of his legs and, with one swift motion, releases it in a downward or horizontal kick.

*Kinetic Bullet: Channels Kinetic energy in his hands to create a ball of it, and then fires it at a target.

*Kinetic Spear: Channels all of his kinetic energy into one of his legs and leaps on the air to give a powerful, speedy kick.

*Shockwave: Releases all the kinetic energy he absorbed from his body, creating s shock wave of kinetic energy.

*Kinetic Nova: Kyle charges all of the kinetic energy that he has absorbed into one of his fists and delivers a punch so powerful that it can obliterate a skyscraper.

Skills/Weapons: Kyle is very athletic and lick on is feet. He uses custom fighting moves as well as a wooden bat to fight.

Name: Drago Destiny Darklight/ Dragan Shadow Darklight
Age: 19
Species: Celestial (angelic) Dragon
Height: 8 ft 8 inch

Appearance/Clothing: Drago wears camo military pants, attached to a black belt. He doesn’t wear a shirt. And wears black camo boots. He wears a two holsters for his guns on placed on horizontally on his lower back. And two scabbards. One scabbard is worn on his back at a 45 degree angle(for the large staff) and his calf has two belts that hold another scabbard. (this is a small scabbard that holds a daggar).
Personality: Two personalities-
 Drago is the kinder, heroic hero type, the "good one", who enjoys long walks on the beach and martinis by the fire. He is a dragon who prefers to protect other, and fight for good, he has a very awful sense of humor and tends to make friends easy but would make enemies just as easy.

Dragan is ..... well the evil twin. He is brutal, chaotic and satanic, won’t speak to anyone unless its someone of immense ability and has also gained Dragans respect. He has never come out in Drago’s short history, (Drago won’t let him) and would never appear unless Drago is knocked unconscious or wounded severely (or a the gm request and authority, which note. I am ok with that) and would attack friend, foe and otherwise alike….

Vita Type: Excitation Vita (good) (the burning Vita) and Nullification Vita (bad) (the removal vita). The powers only work on one side of the personality, so Dragan can’t use Excitation and vice versa.
Note: every time Drago activates his Vita his eyes would glow (white/gold for Drago and purple for Dragan, and his body would begin to break up into. His scales would turn black and beginning turning and forming into giant spikes and his body would begin to release copious amount of steam. His blood vessels would begin to show throughout his body, and they would be the source of the steam. His claws would become red, and the tips of the spikes would become red as well.

Techniques:
Drago-
Combat- Aeril close combat: Dragon style (the utilization of his entire body and weapons to become a living weapon in the air).
Shotgun specialist
Staff Master
Abilities-
Ethereal ignition- (the ignition of anything in a 5m radius, no matter what material, bar living skin, also counts as producing small flames in his palm).
Etheral enflame- (production of fire out of his body towards a target, can either be cone or line)
Ethereal Plasma- (produces a ball of plasma that is similar to a grenade that exploded on impact and releases a purple flame that eviscerates everything like lava.
-Not known to him but available-
Ethereal explosion- (eruption or explosion of plasma that would turn anything near him into plasma and would ignite anything and everything in a 40m radius.
Celestial Takeover-( the final ability, the complete destruction of his body and turn him into a golden Dragon of plasma and flame. With this he is immune to all but vita powers, his mere touch would turn living tissue into flames. He can fly faster than he would normally be, more like a bullet and is capable of using previous abilities easier and with more power than before- example ethereal ignition can ignite anything IN SIGHT) (also side note if he uses it he will die…… leaving nothing but flames where he once stood )

Dragan –Same combat techniques but different abilities.
Nullify removal- (ability to remove anything up to 1m by 1m in size cubes of matter from anything bar living skin, and controls the cubes like physical entries, example he must physically throw them, and he return the objects back into the normal place by pure though so they would zoom back into place).
Nullify reality- (same as before but 5 times bigger and has the ability to remove the objects from existence, does not include living tissue).
Nullify teleportation- (same as before but they are teleported to wherever the uses wishes, does not work on living things).
Nullify explosion- ( As big as 10m by 10m, the chuck is teleporter and then explodes sending the material that it made of flying like bullets at anything with range).

Nullify Supremacy
The complete removal of anything in existence that is in front of Dragan, this would effectively remove everything in about 1km, everything and anything… nothing would survive. (he will be completely removed from existence after use).
(note I really don’t want to use the op powers but its good to have for plot…….)

Skills/Weapons:
Weapons- Two shotguns (semi auto, large clip) (located on holsters on his back) . He has a small daggar made of tempered steel (nothing special). His Main weapons is a massive double sided staff, at each end is a double edged straight steel sword. (So basically a staff with swords at each end with nothing special).
Skills-  Drago is a bookworm and specializes in dragon style combat, he also had advantages in aerial combat. However his current vita skill is truly lacking though.
A Knack for languages and history (up to gm if there are languages and if there is any notable history in the timeline).
Bio:
Drago lost his memory at the age of 16. After this he had a demon in him, a creature that was always there, it was a split personality. This was also a time where he learnt he was a vita.
After this Drago spent most of his time, away from using vita, preferring spending his time in books or fighting in the air…..

Appearance/Clothing: Ray wears a set of torn up robes, with his torso exposed. His body is scarred, his purple fur is gone in some areas, and so on. A large, tarnished iron brace in the shape of a crescent sits a few inches above Ray's back, anchored to the purple raccoon by iron spikes. It forces Ray to hunch over painfully, cutting his height down by a full foot. Chains, of the same iron as the crescent, dangle from his wrists and ankles.


Personality: Ray, aside from his appearance, is very approachable. He doesn't seem to mind his predicament, but is a little upset when someone avoids him because of the way he looks.  Ray sometimes chatters to himself, speaking quietly.


Vita Type: Chaos Vita


Techniques:
 -Chaotic Burst: An eruption which launches anyone caught in its area of effect into the sky with superheated energy.
 -Chaos Orb: A simple thrown ball of condensed energy, burns whatever it touches briefly.
 -Hell Pit: Ray's ultimate technique, obsidian spikes rise up in a ten foot ring, burning anything caught within it. Chains of tarnished iron lash out at anything outside the ring, pulling the unlucky few into the pit.  It's been described, by Ray, as one of the most painful ways to die.
 -Demonic Transformation: Ray sheds the binding crescent off, and transforms into a hellish version of himself. The raccoon's personality changes with this, and becomes more aggressive, angrier. This form's true name is unknown to mortal tongues, but refers to himself as Jayce.

Appearance: Red pulsating veins cross Jayce's purple furred body, and his claws reach a good few feet out from his paws.  He wears no clothes, as he has nothing to cover (IE nothing vulgar).


Vita Type: Chaos Malice Vita


Techniques:
 -Return: Relatively straightforward, he returns to Ray.
 -Sundering Strike: Jayce lashes out with his claws, ripping through unblessed metals as if they were tissue paper.
 -Burn it All: Jayce spews flame from his maw, burning anything close enough to ash.
 -Summon the Horde: Jayce focuses his powers, creating a multitude of energy-based minions, however they only last for a few minutes, and Jayce cannot fight while doing this.
