The Acronym Game II

Some of you may have played this game before but i'll go over how you play it...I had this topic made...but it's over half a year old now...so I started a new one instead

the person posting must give a phrase to the acronym or word that the previous person posted...as well they must provide a new word or acronym to be made in to a phrase
