Any advice how to improve my drawings?

I am practicing digital drawing. My best so far is: http://oktek94.deviantart.com/art/Oktek-520301153 (My fursona)
In my gallery (http://oktek94.deviantart.com/gallery/) you can see a very short evolution of my skills.
What should I change to improve my art? (And maybe some tutorials about it?)

I used GIMP for all of them, but I have Paint Tool SAI and want to try this now. I have a graphic rablet, but it has poor DPI, so I use the mouse (it's very precise).

The things that helped me most drawing were anatomy tutorials and switching to sai. c:
