If you keep sticking to it, you can slowly but surely improve. I can look at my art from 8 years and laugh because it's so weird looking. Maybe I'll do the same to how I draw now in 8 more years?
Regardless, it's helpful to have some goals. HOW do you want to improve? What style are you going for? You seem to primarily draw chibi/super deformed characters. Do you want to keep on that track, or maybe something a little more realistic? Know what you want and work towards it.
And again, it will take work, and time. Draw as much as you can, and stretch your comfort zone. Draw tons of different characters, try out different shapes and styles. Maybe find an artist you like and trace of copy their pictures to get an idea of the shapes and lines(but for goodness' sake don't steal anyone's art
). Maybe look at some pictures of humans or body diagrama to get a better grasp on anatomy if you need to.
