Inktober 2018
« on: October 21, 2018, 03:26:58 PM »
I noticed that last year's Inktober thread didn't get much attention here, but I thought I'd give it another go. The month may be over halfway through, but there's still plenty of time to share! Post your latest ink art, your favourite pieces that you've done so far, or even just discuss your tools and methods used to create your art.

I'll start it off. This is my fourth time trying Inktober. I like to work as classic as possible, usually using just a dip pen, but this year I've experimented with using a brush for doing the line art as well. I never follow the official prompts, I just use this as an excuse to work traditionally for a change.

A couple of mine:

"A man is less likely to become great the more he is dominated by reason: Few can achieve greatness - and none in art - if they are not dominated by illusion."
