I'd really appreciate it if any one is willing to do it. I'm pretty bad at drawing myself, but I've really wanted to draw this for a while just never figured out how to draw well.

Anthro
Body Type/Build: tall and a little on the thin side but still fairly muscular.
Fur/scales/body Color: Sapphire blue scales but black along the front of the neck and underside of the tail.
Any Markings: two black horns and black claws.
Hair Style & Color: light brown hair neatly brushed over from left to right.
Eye Color: White with an ice blue color around the edges.
Clothing: White button up shirt and a black trench coat and black dress pants.
Accessories: a black fedora and glasses.
Personality: fairly relaxed and confident. Intelligent and sarcastic but genuine empathy for others.

It would make me beyond ecstatic if someone would be willing to do this. If you are willing to do it and need more details or anything just let me know.
