He's an American Short-Haired domestic cat.

He's white, and the markings are black. The thing on his eye is a set of night vision goggles. You can draw one or two lenses, whichever you see fit. He wears an unbuttoned leather jacket with no more than a white t-shirt underneath, and blue jeans.
