It's called Valkyr- (Val-Keer)
Valkyr is a drug that was issued to the Military a couple years ago. Only a few soldiers were selected to test the drug. This drug is thought to be able to bring out the better of the soldiers. Valkyr improves the performance of the Soldier, causing them to feel at peace with themselves, as if they were invincible;
creating super soldiers. After the first dose was issued became addicted and only 1% of the users had no symptoms of the drug. Others witnessed horrifying hallucination and nightmares. Everyone who had been exposed to the drug were tattooed with either 2 wings representing Valkyrie wings or one wing that started at the wrist and wrapped around and went mid way up the forearm. The reason for these tattoos is protection. Viking folklore spoke of Valkyrie which are black demons that used to fly over battle and pick up those who were meant to die and drop them among those who were fighting. If you died in violence then you proceeded to heaven, if you didn't hell was your destination. Now only two factories remain that still contain the drug. One is located in Northern Russia and the other, in Mexico. Those in search of the drug will do anything to have it or destroy it, even killing those around them.
You can either be a Scientist that developed the drug, a citizen in search of the drug, or a soldier that had been exposed, either the 1% that didn't have symptoms or those that have horrifying hallucinations or a loved one of the exposed or scientists

Character Description: She has a good disposition but she can be fiery and aggressive. She is a soldier who was expose to the blue liquid. She has seen some improvement but there are occasional hallucinations, but not too severe.
Physical Description: She's small but because of Valkyr she has acquired an amazing strength(Not like superman though
). She is decently built, not scary ripped.
Background Information: She's always been the one to push herself. Her father was a general and because of no sons, she was to carry on the status of High ranked soldier. She has always strived to succeed. Nothing ever keeps her down and that is why she was chosen to test the drug. She has been shot and has a large scar across her back.
Clothing: Typically wearing her army pants and combat boots and a cut off tank.
