So a very informative and interesting website I've come to find out thanks to my studies is http://www.ted.com/
And I figured to share you a few videos from that website I have come across (be it through my class or self-research) which I hope you'll find interesting.
Now the nice thing about most -if not all- of the videos have subtitles for almost every language available. From Afrikaans to Vietnamese x3
And if you don't see your language, then you can always let them know ^^
That's what open source/data technology is for :) Availability for everyone.

Here are a couple for ya:
http://www.ted.com/talks/ken_robinson_says_schools_kill_creativity.html
http://www.ted.com/talks/geoffrey_canada_our_failing_schools_enough_is_enough.html
http://www.ted.com/talks/ken_robinson_how_to_escape_education_s_death_valley.html

Now the purpose of this topic is basically to share interesting videos from Ted.com and discuss about them :)
Discussing, so in other words: not arguing or ranting.

If there are any sentences or quotes that struck you, please also mention them ^^

Interesting quotes:
"Children are not, for the most part, suffering from a psychological condition. They are suffering from childhood." ~Ken Robinson

I was up watching TED Talks till around 3 in the morning last night. XD
I'll make sure to post some of my favourites when my internet is properly renewed. (may have spent the last of the download on watching TED Talks <w<)
But I remember watching the top video you've posted, it's probably one of my favourites overall. :3

I love the sheer variety and volume of topics. And they are all so interesting!
I also enjoy The TEDx, which are usually small independent conventions.
