The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

Well, me and Betrayal both play it, and I suspect a few others too. Just for discussion about it.

I have well over a thousand hours over multiple characters, I know the entire game by heart.

How does Debaser weigh 40 pounds if it is a short sword? Umbra weighs the same, and it is a long sword.

Lessee... I got about 600 hours worth and I'm not even close to really stop playing it. Oblivion is... a vice.

The Debaser, Argarmir's little blade, is unique in appearance and power for some reason. It has the reach and speed of a short sword but has the weight of a long sword (based on level I would think). Its an oddity that always got to me; and it looks pretty cool too.

Another odd weapon would be the Truncheon of Submission: It damages their fatigue massively, but it heals them far more than it damages.

It really is a pain to choose which weapon I like better: The Sword of the Crusader (Knights of the Nine), Dawnfang/Duskfang (Shivering Isles), or Umbra (Oblivion). If I'm blunt it's the Mace of the Crusader without argument... And if it's marksman I have to make my own bow otherwise suffer pain trying to find a good one in game.

Are Knights of The Nine and Shivering Isles Downloads or Purchase-at-store?

Both, actually. Worth every penny in my opinion. If you got Xbox live, its as simple as downloading them. Or you can get the Game of the Year addition of Oblivion which comes with both packs, or Shivering Isles which comes with just Shivering Isles.

I have Oblivion on PC, so lucky I don't need to pay for that LIVE stuff just to get a patch or expansion.

Though I can't find a website to get them, I search Shivering Isles Expansion, but all I get is unofficial modsand patches for the expansions.

I trust GameStop better than the websites for a copy of the game itself, so I'll go there, maybe today, and see if they have them in stock.

Hmmm... Well I got mine for $40 at Gamecrazy. But my Gamecrazy store was also small and didn't have the computer one.

I owned TES4 and its two expansions n both the xbox and the PC. One of my favorite games ever, the personal roleplayability of it is top notch, particularly on the PC when you can actually download things to enhance your roleplaying.

I have to say: There were a LOT of impressive looking mods for the PC version. I saw one guy with a custom mod that lessened the quality of models and made a huge army to fight. And there are only two games where I feel more "in tune" with the character I'm playing: Neverwinter Nights and Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic.

I have the AWESOMEST NEWS!!!
I got OBLIVION NOW!!! :D
And it's just as awesome as I expected, and It actually exceeded my expectations!!! ^_^
As a bonus I got Shivering Isles, and since it's GOTY edition, I got every add-on! :D
All I'm looking for is a good force push mod... :P
I was walking around in the forest one day, when an odd leaf gracefully fell on my head, like a hat.
I said to myself"Hey! Not bad! :D " I went off and thought "Man, if this were THE legendary transformation leaf, that would be awesome... ^_^ "
I imagined turning into a raccoon, and I suddenly shrank, and got an odd sensation unalike any other. When I looked in the water of a pond, I was in the form of a raccoon!!! "WOW! I found it...!!!" I said. I transformed back, and found TFF.
