I'll do however many I'm comfortable with, which may not be too too many.
I'd say about 8 max.

Age,
Build Type,
Body Type,
Preferred expression/pose (Keep it simple, the more convoluted, the more likely to look wonky!)

I go at my own pace, so sometimes you could get it relatively quick or kinda slow, depends on many things. So don't be surprised if you get your art REALLY quickly.
