Ok....the title is sarcasm...but in truth, i feel like a douchebag... the reason why is because i recently have been snapping at my Mate, and pretty much everyone i have ever loved. i mean...why? im not meaning to do it....I just get so pissed for no apparent reason...I can't explain why, but i feel as if i am slowly ruining my relationship with my mate, i feel as if she doesn't like me that much anymore, and all of the things that happen are my fault in one way or another

I'm the same way too. But i think it's healthier to just let out your rage rather than keeping it suppressed. It's my belief that if someone is snapping at people, it is probably warranted because that person has reached their limit for how much of humanity they can take and they may be hopeless and see no point in putting on a happy face all the time. Maybe surround yourself with people who will relate to you and understand. If people can't accept you for acting how you do, then opt out of a relationship with them. Don't worry about who's in the wrong. There's no point in trying to keep your anger pent up. And you should not worry about upsetting other people either. F*#k em. Just worry about yourself. Maybe distance yourself from people for a while if you're up to it.
