Should I Tell Him My Feelings?!

Hey guys, I have a huge crush on my best friend! I really need help.. Here is a time-line of events:

 I was at a trampoline park with my mom, when I was about 3 years old. And you know how 3 year olds become friends right.. by staring at each other for hours, or fighting with one another. I had fallen down on one of the trampolines, and a boy helped me up, then poked me and ran away. I laughed but at the same time I new I wanted to chase him, so I did. Our mothers had already become good friends and we had play-dates until we were 5. Me and him were best friends forever and we ended up going to the same school, so we car-pooled. Okay Imma skip ahead to the BIG stuff..

 We were in 3rd grade and we hung out A LOT! I started to like him, and we hugged more, and held hands. One day I invited him over to go sledding with me. We were on at the same time and crashed into the fence, when he tried to get up he slipped and our lips touched together as he fell on me. He turned bright red but we kept sledding. When my mom called me in for dinner, he was blabbing about how soaked his shirt was, so he changed it.. right in my living room. I heard my dog whining so I looked back, he had his shirt off  .

 In 5th grade we sat next to eachother and he touched my hand a few times each day, and asked if we could be partners for EVERYTHING. 
In 6th grade our lockers were next to each other and when we would get our things out he would put his arm around me and say: " See you in math class "
He'd smile, and briefly touch my hand, then walk away. After that in 7th grade, he kinda layed off, and ignored me  . And 8th grade starts the 6th so, I will wait to see what happens.

So, should I tell him my feelings? And how?! I'm so confused, but I really like him!

Eventually you should tell him how you feel for him as accurately as you can. You two have a notable past together, you should see if you have a future too.

If you haven't interacted in a while, take the time to get together again as friends before telling him your feelings. You wouldn't want to just come out of nowhere and say you love him.

At least, that's my take on the subject.

I agree with Radio. If you don't say anything you may end up regretting it for a long time.

Definitely don't lay it all out at once; that could be overwhelming. If you can perhaps you can ramp up to letting him know instead of dropping this information out of the blue that might be helpful too.

 He says he likes nobody, and he has never dated anyone, I've known him all my life

It sounds like he's being a bit aprehensive. My advice is to go for it. Give it a shot. Don't regret never asking.

 He is my closest friend, and me my my closest friend who is a girl Mindy, she dared me to ask him out a couple times. and he said no, but he new we were kidding and now thinks I don't like him. I will talk to him on Monday and tell you what happens
