Always need to run it as Admin?

I've had this problem with my computer for a while now. Every time I need to run a program i need to right click on it and click "Run as Administrator". It even does it for stuff like the Calculator and Task Manager. I'm also running Vista if that matters and my computer is running fine still, but this is getting really annoying. Help Please? :(

To me it sounds like a file association issue or something to do with user account control. Despite stating the obvious that's all I really know. o.o You could try changing some options in the control panel for the above mentioned things?
