Hm... you might need to bust out some good old professional computing lube (WD40). Typically this is hardly recommended because it is so freaking hard to get it right. If done wrong, the excess may leak into your system and tear something up, or lube up the point where it locks up and... no spiny disk. I have done this... and I had a 42.563 failure rate.
