Knights of the Rune OOC (Need peoplez)

Well, as my other 3 RP's are going kinda slow, Zeph gave me an idea for a new RP. This time, it's going to be an Armageddon-type setting. This will take place in a medieval setting, but with a twist (revealed in the background, coming up.). Ok, so here it goes. The land of Lucretsia has been for many a generation. However, war broke out as power consumed people's souls. During the midst of this large civil war, there was born an even greater threat. While everyone was killing each other, a gate from Hades broke open in the middle of the land, surrounded by mountain ranges. from there, rose a palace from the Hades realm and demons poured in all over the land, killing all around them. The survivors created an alliance to stand against this new threat, but they were not strong enough for the overwhelming numbers. the remaining wizards pooled their magic together as well as their lives and created six runes. However, when they finished, demons had invaded, trying to stop it, so the runes spread like wildfire. each one embedded itself into a weapon, and gives it great power. One embedded itself in a buster-class sword. another, in twin knives. a long bow, a megaton warhammer, and a scythe. The sixth, being the last one to launch, slipped through time and embedded itself in a pair of six shooters, and brought itself and its owner into this realm. and this is where our story will start, in the Chamber of Wizards, where the wizards are killed right after they send out the runes, and our six heroes are transported into that room within seconds of the runes leaving.
so to state the obvious, we're starting this RP with a huge battle of demon grubs (lowest of underlings).

Aside from the runes, no magic is existent. each rune has 2 powers, however, each weilder can only use one, and they find out during the battle (rune names will be in brackets instead of parenthesis):

Bow: enchant arrow with elemental properties by reciting the rune. Arrows are still somewhat limited depending on your quiver. [Ek]

Buster sword: Explosive impacts for 15 seconds after each recitement of the rune on the sword. (it glows on the blade) [rúnum]

Twin daggers: can connect to each other or the user's hand like a chain via lightning if rune is recited. lightning shocks everyone but the user, so be careful, the victim goes numb in whatever touched the lightning for 10 seconds. [mælir]

warhammer: can create a trench via tremors [váfa]

scythe: heals wounds of the user with each kill, depending on how much blood is on the scythe. passive magic. [lifa]

guns: can fire up to 6 energy shots per gun or charge all shots for 3 seconds into one big energy blast. recharge is 5 seconds. passive magic. [reynt]

Rune weapon: Buster Sword
Short history: At the height of the war against Hades in Lurcretsia, Howl's house was invaded by demons, and his family was captured. The demons left Howl behind, thinking he was dead. So with nothing to loose, Howl joined the ranks of the alliance in hopes of getting his family back. On the day the Runes were said to be released, Howl and his regiment was sent to reinforce the wizards before the demons could arrive. Sadly, they didn't make it in time, as large amounts of demons stopped their advance. In the mist of the large battle between his regiment and the demons, a rune flew into his sword. With curiosity, he poked the flat side of the sword, then it sent him to the wizard's chamber.
Personality: Social, willing to make friends. Prestigious, clever, intellectual, close minded at times, kind (But any enemies that he will make he hates with a passion, though he's always willing to accept friendship even from the worst of enemies.) caring and
Combat strength: Most forms of close range combat, but not as good as hand to hand as dagger users.
Combat weakness: Magical based attacks and magical arrows.

Species: Dragon
Age: 19
Height: 6 feet 4 inches
Build: Lean, wings have talons on both tips, seems rather demonic.
Rune weapon: Scythe
Short history: Despite his build, he was always on the front lines, playing crowd control with his scythe until he got surrounded. He lasted for ten minutes under constant attack until one of the higher class demons got a hit in and thought they killed him. Soon after the runes dispersed and one was planted in his scythe, the light woke him up and gathered his senses, he slowly got to his feet and saw nothing like the battlefield he fell on. Bodies both demonic and mortal littered the area, vultures and crows feasting on the spoils of other's victories. He is now stumbling his way back to the camp he was stationed at.
