Is there any interest for a "Jericho(TV Series)" Serious RP?

Jericho is a small city/town in Kansas for which the series was named.  The story takes place after a massive terrorist attack on 23 of the major cities in the United States.  Jericho is outside of the blast range of any of these detonations and had relatively little fallout to deal with.  The RP would deal with characters in Jericho who have to survive using what resources they have(limited tap water, limited electricity, a salt mine) and also have to survive neighbouring towns, cities, and raiders who may wish to acquire the few resources that Jericho does have.
