So what do you think,is  gaming industry using furrys as inspiration?
I think it's more likely the opposite way around. The main way people even think of the concept of Anthropomorphic animals in the first place is through media: usually movies, cartoons, anime or video games. For those of us who simply define a furry as someone who likes the concept of Anthros, the art or something along those lines, sources such as a video games are likely to be the major influence towards this like/love of Anthros. Thus whilst the fandom may have some influence on the gaming world I'd say that it's the games that are an inspiration to use rather than the other way around.
The farewell was premature. My definite stay is not definite. The constants are variable. The greeting was too late.

Well, these games are fantasy based.  And even in ancient literature and art/folklore, you find these myths of creatures and heroes rising to defeat the evil beasts.  When you get into fantasy based RP games those very same elements are right there.  Hybrid beasts, anthro type creatures, etc...  It's a very definitive root that gaming industry dug into.
