$60 or less? Marf... Honestly, I don't think you'll find anything =S I'd think that $400 or so would BARELY be an amount to start thinking about. This is assuming you're looking for a commissioner to make a partial suit for you, and a pretty new commissioner at that as opposed to an experienced and well-known one.

Well you can buy a halloween costume

And... There is a kind of fursuiting that you just wear the mask, paws, and bottom paws (Wear clothes where there is no fursuit)

I know... The thing is... What good is a rubber werewolf mask and some fluff if you can attempt to get a dirt cheap fursuit... But odviously my search tis without avail...

Perhaps you could buy each part individually as you go along and put it together? So sort of like a progressive investment until you have all the stuff you want.

For a price like that I'm afraid that the only options are making your own (which isn't quite as hard as it seems if you don't need a body suit) or getting real lucky on e-bay or the likes.
