Yes, I'm sorry to announce that I've been grounded. xO
Although I have just made my way back to the forums after being offline for a while, I'm going to be offline for another long while. I apologise for this seeing how I'm supposed to help mod, ect. But this is something out of my hands. I'll try to get on as much as possible at school, but at home I'm not allowed. I'm not sure how long I'll be grounded, but usually when this issue occurs I'm grounded for nine weeks. Max and Razi, you might want to look for another local moderator. Â :sniffle:

Nope, I was a bad little dragon because I made a 75 in Spanish. ' This little dragon is killing her GPA.  :umm:

 :sniffle: Wow, 9 weeks is a lot... The most I got was 2 , when I got 62 percent on my maths test... I hope your Spanish gets better (I'm not sure what GPA is, since the grading system seems to be VERY different in Slovenia, heh...) so you can spend more time here

Thanks, I've been poking the bear a little. But had no response. I suppose I'll sneak on when I'm able to.  :umm:
And I don't think I'm going to be using Spanish as a Medical Investigator or Forensic Pathologist.

Wow thats a little harsh for just one low grade. i mean come on, you should be getting help or a tutor not getting punished because you can't be completely fluent in a foreign language. i think parents shouldn't be allowed to punish their children for not learning if they can't learn what the kid is failing either. Are both your parents fluent in Spanish? ask them to try and learn it too, see how they do. if they refuse tell them "well you need to find someone that is fluent to help me out" if they punish you more its because they have insecurities about not being able to learn it themselves. So unfair when parents take out their insecurities on their kids.

P.S.
I got a 71 in Spanish 1 and a 73 in Spanish 2. My GPA was 2.9 and i made it just fine. (back in my day 70 was a passing grade)
I have never had to use Spanish nor plan on using it.

Spanish speaking is very good. You get paid quite a bit for being able to speak diffrent languages, and become a translator in like court, or teching jobs.....But what do you care? Lol, Just lettin ya know for the person said that you might not ever use it...=]

I'm not going to be using it in the field I'm going into; but next year; I'm definately NOT taking it because I'll already have the two required credits I need to go to college.
