ISSUE HAS BEEN TAKEN CARE OF



im so pissed right now i feel physicaly ill.

ive had a squablle with a ex freind of mine..and BOY has she crossed the line.

a while back i called her out on riding on the back of my artwork to many times..she is poorly skilled and kept using my poses and pictures to make her own, and at first i was flattered and i told her that using reference images is a good way to learn.
but she kept doing it over and over...and didnt give credit to my pictures. so i call her out on it and she FLIPS out, saying no. its her art, and im just trying to take credit for it. so i report the pictures and now i have a hoard of fussy preteens all OVER my DA page.
and the things she is saying in my public journal has me furious...

Where to start, where to start.
1. I never stole anything off of you, k? when I used to like you, yes I did use a few poses here and there as a reference but hell no. You should be honored anyone LOOKS at your artwork, because it's nothing but stupid porn and furry people. Sorry honey, but if you wanna make art a career you have to draw more things than dragon penises.

2. I think it's funny how you call me and my "fling" kids when me and him have been together for over a year, and I don't play around with multiple guys at a time like you, who currently has two boyfriends.  and who is a sex addict.

3. Even if I did copy off your stupid poses which you copied off of you can't copyright poses. unless you show me hard documents you can't do shit. My art teacher, whom I even asked said you can't freakin copy a pose, so brush up on your law.

4. I enjoy how all of this started when I became friends with Yoei. You can't even admit when you are wrong, so you come up with the excuse of me being a "child" I may be younger than you, but you sure act younger than I.

5. Also, you've lost so many friends and you cry and complain about why people leave you and use you...because you are a user yourself. You suck people dry until you want something off of them, and leave them like you did with me. So...you can go have sex with your 500 boyfriends

6. You say my art is shit? Fine, that's your personal opinion, but i'll be the one laughing when you'll still be working at taco bell, or mcdonalds when I actually have a career in art. (:


she has crossed WAY over the line, she is telling people im unfaithful, a slut, that all i draw is smut and other things...and im getting it from her friends too, ALL of them
she is defaming me and i cant stop them, i block them but they ust keep coming and she keept making alt accounts to harrass me more. AND even if i made a new acount my art is fairly reputable and can easily be found in a image search and she can attack me some more.
im so infuriated i want to scream but nobody seems to understand why im so angry. this is my art page..and my art is my LIFE. when my art is attacked your attacking my very being. and she isnt just attacking my art anymore..
NOW she is making me out to be some cheating slut on DA, i cant get her to back off!

Firstly and frankly, I think you are giving her exactly what she wants. She's trolling you and you're fighting back, which encourages her to continue. Calm down sweet heart, have some faith in yourself. Your art is fantastic. I don't see how she has a better chance than you if things are indeed what you're saying.

I like how she says your art is stupid and such, but her defense against you calling out her art is that its opinion. She's just a big hypocrite who whines and manipulates to get her way. I think your art is awesome. *hugs Kaprika*

its not just her trolling, its like 50 people. and i try not to say anything back but what she is posting on my page is downright vicious!

i saw the pose and the double wing thing and told her to stop, and that this was like the 5th one she did...
i know its not ilegal art theft but it IS annoying to me that she keeps using my art as a reference when i work damn hard to make my peices to just have someone i know use mine over and over

and i think it says something when i look through her gallery and see that all but one of them were taken down by mods..this is the ONLY one left they didnt remove, so even they thought it was wrong.

She sounds pretty thoroughly insane, and it's hard to imagine that other people aren't seeing it. If she's so obsessed with trashing you that she's making alt accounts when you block her, I'm pretty sure other people are going to start seeing that she's nuts.

These situations can be frustrating, especially when someone won't back off. I think Puncia is right, though. She's just a very determined troll, and she might give up when she realizes you're not letting her troll you anymore.

2. If you must respond at all, always try to remain calm and polite when dealing with these situations, as difficult as it may be. Being vicious back to her will make the DA staff less likely to hear you out.

3. But it's better to just block the haters and not say anything back.

4. It would be one thing if she was actually tracing your art to get her poses, but just looking at the poses and referencing it while drawing freehand..... I know it can still be irritating, but it's not really something worth making a huge fuss about. You have the right to express your frustration over it, but it's not worth the stress and anger of starting an all-out war over it.

5. Personally, I don't think you should even be worried in the first place. You draw a heck of a lot better than her, and the amount of "friends" she has to throw at you doesn't change that fact.

Trust me, there is no threat here. She's only trying to scare you because she feels inferior. And her "friends"? Let them have a go at you, see if you care. Anyone with half a brain can tell you're a gifted artist so there's no need to worry about them.

well i tried ignoring, but they just kept coming no matter how much i blocked em.
and i didnt actualy start this war..i brought up my concerns weeks ago, but for reasons i dont know it suddenly blew up just recently.

but i came up with a fix...i unblocked her and gave her my cell number to call, and we talked it out...the war is over, we made a deal and its over....thank GOD
