all you need for this is
boneless chicken breasts
any old noodle pasta
a bottle of italian dressing
and a jar of alfredo sauce
a large ziploc bag
you completely thaw out the chicken breasts...and dump the entire bottle of italian dressing in the bag, and toss in the chicken..you let that sit in the refrigerator for 2 hours...(you can do it overnight even, the longer the tastier)
then grill in in a skillet as you would a regular chicken.
boil the pasta till ready, and drench in the alfredo sauce, and once your chicken is finished..dice into desired sized chunks and enjoy!
