What's going on TFF?
My name's Zac, you can call me kartracer or kart if you like. I've been a furry for almost a year now. I haven't a clue how I initially got into the fandom but the only important thing now is that I'm going strong!
I'm currently 18 years old and will be attending college in September for mechanical engineering, after that; university for another engineering course. Oh yes, plenty of school. The topic of schooling has caused many an argument in my household... Now I just want to sit around and grow a gnarly neckbeard. Joking!
I'm not really the typical furry. Sure I download and save yiff, chat with other furs, participate in RP's, and plan on making my own fursuit but I'm also a whole host of other things. I'm big into fitness. I'm not saying that to brag or anything, I really am into keeping my body healthy and exersizing daily. As a member of my highschool rowing team I have to take special care of my body and keep in shape. Rowers work harder than ANY other highschool sports team, how'd you like to get up at 5am every weekday morning and work out for two hours?
I'm a techno dork... ok maybe that is pretty furry but I've been listening to techno for a decade, way before I was a furry. I'm also a bit of a metal head. Love that stuff. A buddy of mine introduced me to Parkway Drive and I've been hooked ever since. Post-hardcore, metalcore, deathcore, all of it.
Anime, love that stuff too. But if you mention any of the big three I'll eat your children infront of you and baste their meat in your tears. Bleach, Naruto, and One Piece are part of the cancer that is killing anime.
Motorsports... I've been racing karts at an international level for 6 years. I finally retired from it because it's pretty damn expensive. $20,000 a season is just too much even though I was ranked among the top 10 Canadian karters (7th at one point). I'm currently building up a 1985 BMW 325e for use as a GT car, can't wait untill I get the engine back from Michigan so I can finish her!
*EDIT* I'm also a culinary arts student, that means I go through formal chef training. You like Mac n Cheese, I like almond biscotti with pan seared salmon and a maple glaze.
*EDIT* (again)
My fursona is that of a Thresher Shark. I was a fox originally but after actually paying attention to who I am... sharks just came naturally. I chose the thresher shark because it, like myself, is rather short but very fierce. They are often missjudged because of their size and those who missjudge them pay the price. Plus, I freakin love sharks.
That's about all the effort I'm willing to put into this. What's on your mind?
