Keyboards (Instrument)
« on: July 26, 2011, 04:53:56 AM »
Hello, I was wondering if some people more knowledgeable then myself in the music field would help me out? Long story short is that I've been wanting to get a Keyboard for a while now but have never had the money for a good one, and now that I have money ($220 As of this post) I'm looking for suggestions on which keyboard I should get. I have been eyeballing the Casio WK-500 (76-Key) Keyboard a while since it seems like a good enough one for me ^^; Link: http://www.google.com/products/catalog?q=Keyboard+Instrument&hl=en&client=firefox-a&cid=5764139388064327989#p

Ahh a keyboard player. Now first of all I would recommend trying this out in a music store just to see if you like everything about it. Rember you still have to buy headphones music books stands stuff like that. And rember if your playing live you'll need a amp

Not really my area of expectise it does look awesome wouldn't mind one for the studio

I already have really high quality headphones, yes I've played a keyboard dozens of times so I know I like them, I have a stand called random table next to my computer desk in my room, Sheet music is on the internet (Don't really care about all the classical, traditional crap they love to shovel into music books but the mountains loads), ... umm not playing live its for myself as a pastime and hobby
