Ok its pretty simple. Put down a bed of fresh, washed spinach. Cover lightly with blue cheese (use little, it has a powerful taste) continue on to grill chopped onion and garlic (the garlic will be an even brown when finished) pour this over the salad. Then take freshly sliced tomato and place maybe four pieces on top. Squeeze a quarter-lemon over the bowl and serve next to any dish. Or double the sizing and serve AS a dish. Good stuff
