A cheap vegetarian meal

Really, it's just grilled potatos, onion, garlic and tomatos with a dash of terragon but hell it's cheap, easy and good.

Well you preheat a skilled and chop up all of your ingredients to tine (I cannot emphasise small enough) bits and splash in some olive oil. Put your heat to "medium" and add your potatos. When they start to turn off-white add in your chopped onion. Let that stand for a moment as you mince the garlic, then throw that in. You may need to add more olive oil. After the onion begins to brown add the chopped tomatos (fresh, of course) and add a healthy dash of terragon. At this point turn the stove off, using the residual head of the pan to finish.

Once the tomatos are done (a bit wrinkly) and everything is cooked nicely just dish and serve. Tastes great.
One potato, 1/3 of an onion, two (lobes? wth are they called?) of garlic and two tomatos should serve two, or one if you're particularly hungry.

P.S. remember to keep the whole thing in continous motion so everything cookes evenly.

Life is an adventure! Sure, you'll probably spend most of it weeping uncontrollably, and on fire, but hey!
