How to make a fursona.

I'm back to take more of your valuable time to ask for your assistance.

Simply put, i don't have a fursona. Loads of rp characters, but no fursona. Let it be said, i've just recently figured out that i'm a furry. >>
Note that according to Anime Novice/Shinzui, my name is Kumoi. However, if i find a name i like better, i'm going to take that. Sorry, Shinzui.

Any advice is appreciated. ^^

...Now that i think about it, i'm like Link in the start of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, where's in the forest with all those Kokiri's who all have fairies, while Link doesn't.
Many people with fursonas, but i don't. >>

pick your animal (one that fits your personality,) pick your fave style (renaissance, modern, tribal) pick anthro or full animal, then go from there. Costuming is a different matter, depending on what your price options are, or how artistically blessed you are. www.northfur.timduru.org/ might help
