My apartment is soooo cold! We don't have heat or insulation and I'm afraid I'm going to get sick...  x_x No fun...

I hate living in Florida during winter and fall.
 
It does not even get that cold but the humidity makes it 10x worse.

I wish I was on the other side of world right now! I love winter but only when I can come inside and be cozy and warm...  T_T  Not fair. Can't wait for a place with heat! Not sure what I'm going to do when the temp gets below freezing... oh wait, nevermind it already did  D:

I suggest you wrap your pipes up if its dropping below freezing, a burst pipe is the last thing you need.

Blankets as well

LOTS OF BLANKETS

See when it's cold you can put blankets and extra layers of clothes on you
But if it's hot there's not too much you can do without central heating/cooling.

I will be so wrapped up you might mistake me for a mummy! As for the pipes I live in an apartment so all the pipes are inside the building... just warm enough to not freeze... but not quite warm enough to keep the living beings warm... But on the bright side at least my fish all have heaters (they are tropical) so they will all be toasty!

Well I have a couple of space heaters but they sadly don't put out quite enough heat to keep the place warm without being insulated. My roommate and I have been trying to get the landlord to put in insulation for almost 2 years now and he just won't do it. Costs too much I suppose. Happily I have a friend who is willing to help me pay rent in return for working her horse so I can save back a little to move into a better place. I'll be able to move next spring if everything goes well so I'll only have one more winter here!

aaaaaw FFS! your landlord is obligated too make sure there is sufficient heat in the apartments he rents out.
 
aren't landlords suppose too make sure that you get what you pay for every month??
 
I would act as a meat powered electrical blanket for you but I live I Scandinavia .
