My girlfriend of about a year and a half is unaware that I am actually a bear. That said, it's partially because the first summer we were dating, I asked her if she wanted to go to Anthrocon (we're both from Pittsburgh) and she laughed it off like it was a joke, throwing in something about "furries are pervs." She's really quite vanilla compared to all the geeky, nerdy, and off-beat stuff I'm into. She is, however, an incredibly talented musician (which turns me on like nothing else), extremely beautiful and very smart. And like you guys have said, it's not like I'm out romping around with other furries behind her back, so I'm not sure there's a huge problem with it.


I don't see myself marrying this girl any time soon, but I think in the long run it's probably too much to ask for a beautiful, smart, furry, musical, geeky, kinky girl, so I'll be thankful for what I have in the moment.

Oh it has its up and downs like every now and then i feel like his embraced to be out with me but on a everday base it is perfect its sorta like im his pet with the expections some days like school so on. But most the day its perfectly awesome
