Not sure if I pressed the right button to say hi

Is it possible for me to direct my messages at
any single person or do I just have to say thanks
to everyone when I want to say thank you.
Or is that what I just did?

Hi and welcome!

You can send a message to a single person by going on their profile and clicking on the link under where their avi should be.

Thanks.
I'm used to operating on deviantArt so this is a little confusing.
What is it that the majority of people do on this website?
Art? Talking?

Games board?
Honestly i'm completely clueless as to
what I should or could be doing right now.
I find social media confusing.

p.s. being nice has earned you a hug.

Hi and welcome to the forums.
I's Cheza the silly woof-creature =^-^=
Hopefully you'll have fun here and enjoy your stay :3

The "insert quote"-function might be what you're looking for, if I understood what you meant correctly..
Oherwise I guess just writing something like "@randomfur123:*text here*" could also work to let people know you mean them.

Or then, if you just want to talk in private with a single person, you just follow grey's instructions.

As for what I'm doing here... I mostly live in the forum games-section, but sometimes I wander lost and end up on other parts of the place...

(PS. Nice dA-gallery)

@Cheza
I'm not really all that sure what I meant
so I guess the @ solution shall do for now.
Thanks.
I'll probably just wonder around and see
what's here.

(p.s. Thanks)
