The evolved can consume titans, but will not gain the ability to transform into a titan. You can gain an increase in strength, consuming abnormals is a boost wildcard. Titans are able to eat evolved. And, yes, evolved are able to bio-bomb Titans. And, oh, what the heck, soldiers are allowed to morph into Titans, but not ninja navy SEAL Titans like Annie. Moderate skill, like Eren. Just for the hell of it, main characters from both universes are allowed. Also, evolved can't use Maneuver gear. You can choose to work with or against people from the other universe. Ooh and evolved can also use the thermobaric boomstick, tee hee hee. Hell, both universes have full weapon access. Evolved, y'all can use all powers, hell, you can be well near as strong as James Heller or Alex Mercer, but no more than that.
